Pull & Bear — Poor Customer Service
i am writing to lodge a complaint as to the poor customer service that i received. I purchased a jacket from the Pull & Bear shop in Cabot Circus, Bristol in the early of December. However the zip was broken after 2 weeks after i had purchased. I then send the jacket back to the store for repairing(13rd Dec 2014). the Alterations note number is 631180. I was told that my jacket would be repaired in 5 working days(two weeks ago). This however not been the case. I went to the shop after one week, i was told that the jacket was not ready. I went again 3 days ago, still, i get the same answer. I was told that i would have received a call by Tuesday(30th Dec 2014) as to when the jacket will be repaired.But until today, i didn't receive any information from Pull & Bear. I hope that i could receive the information before i get frustrated with Pull & Bear and spread it out among all my friends. It would be totally meaningless if i could only get back my jacket after the winter!!
