Pro Sealing Toitures Roofing (Benoit Renard or Renaud) review: doesn't hold up guarantee for labor

Did my roof (shingles) last year octobre 2017. First alarm sounded when he was 90 minutes late. Then he looked stoned when he came out of his truck. He had no materials. ie shingles or ventilation that I requested. He told me to pay for shingles and roof ventilator but still hadn't ordered them! He ordered them on the spot from a local hardware store. We waited and waited while he was removing old shingles. He took a 2 hour break while I waited for shingles. He called me up and told he had no money to pay for materials!. so we skip to 1 year later my roof started leaking! we have a contract for 15 years guarantee on labor. I have been calling him for 2 weeks all I get is voicemail. So I disguise my cell number and lo and behold he answers phone.
He tells me that he will come its one promise after another. Meanwhile its leaking into my sons room. I'm livid... [censored]ty [censored]en work and no customer service. What a way to treat clients. We still don't know what to do? still hasn't shown up!
