Please be advised that if you sign up for Time Warner "Price Lock" you are under contract for 2 years, and there is a cancellation fee. I have just spent an hour on the phone with "Ben" and was told that I entered the contract after verification from a third party. I signed no contract and was not allowed to listen to the actual conversation. Make sure you ask when you sign up if you are getting "Price Lock". Also, make sure you look at your Time Warner bills very carefully. I purchased NBA League Pass from them. It was supposed to 44.95 x 4 payments. I was charged a total of 9 times. And the "Price Lock Cancellation Fee" showed up as "Adjustments" on my last statement. I have already contacted the BBB and the state Attorney's General. Anyone, who says "You are under contract" and won't even let you see or hear what you agree to should be out of business. PS. If you are in south Austin and have U-Verse in your area, I have never been so pleased. I've only had it a month but so far it's great. (not a u-verse ad, just hate to give a bad review with no alternate and I haven't had satellite since Prime star)
