I am signed up for price lock on an amount of r959 however all of a sudden they deducted r1200 saying that I am behind on payments all of a sudden... Really? I am still awaiting a call back feedback regarding this. I signed a contract for r959 not for 1200 this is illegal and not according to the contract I purchased. Can someone get back to me today as this is not how to treat a loyal customer for so many years I want my refund of the difference or I will be cancelling the debit order and paying it myself and behold if you stop my account I will go legal and to carte blanche as well

Please be advised that if you sign up for Time Warner "Price Lock" you are under contract for 2 years, and there is a cancellation fee. I have just spent an hour on the phone with "Ben" and was told that I entered the contract after verification from a third party.
