Presidente Supermarket / Horrible Customer Service

I bought a package on flank steak on 04/27 which was packaged on 04/25 and said had to be sold by 04/29. I brought it home to be cooked the next day. On 04/28 I defrosted the package and noticed a foul smell and the meat was black. I returned to the store with the package but unfortunately I had lost the receipt. The manager on duty told me there was nothing she could do, even after I showed her my bank activity showing the purchase the previous day. If this would've been at Publix or Winn-Dixie they would've stood by their customer service principals and would've replaced the meat. I did not want a refund, all I wanted was for them to make it right. This is the third time this has happened at this supermarket. I will not be going back there ever again.

    If the meat was black when it was frozen it would have been black when it was stuck in the freezer.

    Estoy braba con el supermercado presidente de la 14870 kendall drive la manager de esepresidente no sirbe ni como manager ni como persona solo sabe serle la vida Iinposible para akellos q travajan y no ostante a eso le gusta umillar a sus enpliados no me gusta el matrato q esa mijer les da a personas q no se lo meresen si si le interesan espero q agan inbestigasiones ya que se q este aviso lo daran por alto vijilen bien a la manager tania porq es desonesta y no trabaja bien no sabe aser sus propias desisiones y selleva mucho de algunas personas q bien del chisme solo para kaerlebien a tania espero q agan algo grasias espero niticias

    El peor lugar para travajar es el presidente super mareket de la14870 kendall drive la manager tania no sabe aser su trabajo umilla mucho a los enpliados q si trabajan y ella solo lease caso a las chismosas que inbentan cosas para caerlevien a tania solo pido una inbestigasion porque no sirbe como manager y no me gusta las personas desonesta grasias y espero resivir notisias positivas

    I had the most terrible experience with their supervisor I believe her name was Andina. She was very disrespectful and rude something has to be done about her. I've gone shopping there on 2 occasions where she was very disrespectful. Their customer service is a disgrace. I ask for her help on both those occasions and not only did I have to deal with her eye rolling and attitude but she proceeded to tell me that if I don't understand how to shop then maybe I should go somewhere else. I tried to speak to someone above her but the store kept telling me she was the supervisor and that there was nothing I could do. This needs to be addressed now I have to drive 15 min further out just to get good customer service. I will never return to this store that women is on some power trip, I think she believes the store is hers. I have heard many more stories from other people about how rude she is. Something needs to be done.

    halo. yo espere casi 2 horas en linia en servicio al cliente. Lo cual en esa linia dice 5 articulo por personas y no lo cumple segun los reglamento del surpermecado. Habia largas fila. La manager del surpermacado llamada Maria no hizo nada al respecto. habia varias personas pasando con carretilla llenas de mercancilla y unos esperando. Nosotro como consumido ahiga mejor diciplina al respecto. Alberto
