Presidente Supermarket / Horrible Customer Service
I bought a package on flank steak on 04/27 which was packaged on 04/25 and said had to be sold by 04/29. I brought it home to be cooked the next day. On 04/28 I defrosted the package and noticed a foul smell and the meat was black. I returned to the store with the package but unfortunately I had lost the receipt. The manager on duty told me there was nothing she could do, even after I showed her my bank activity showing the purchase the previous day. If this would've been at Publix or Winn-Dixie they would've stood by their customer service principals and would've replaced the meat. I did not want a refund, all I wanted was for them to make it right. This is the third time this has happened at this supermarket. I will not be going back there ever again.
