Paul J hooten and Associates review: Rip off 3 times

2 weeks after I purchased a car Paul J. Hooten sent a property execution to take it with white out and never sending me one letter of debt. I hadda find out thru deputy of the information. I made a payment to get my car back, plus towing fees. Pulled up my credit report and it stated paid satisfactory and closed at a amount of 765. They were collecting 2999. Two years passed and I get a letter about the debt and that they were considering taking the same car plus other things. I called and aked him to confirm debt because my credit report stated paid. He said that I owe him and he had no record of taking the car the first time. So I asked him to send me the information. Near thanksgiving the same deputy comes to take the same car again this time, I owed the same debt $3500 and the information is no longer there on my credit report. And the execution order had white out again. I had to pay a partial payment again to get my car back. I then remembered before I left NY, because I lost my job I left a car, a car that another debt collector said he was going to take for the same debt. Its been a month since I paid them again and havent gotten one letter, receipt, or phone call. Neither verifiying the first time he took my vehicle or debt information and since the loan was for 2 ppl, I was told that they also sent a judgement to take earnings from the other person, but from somewhere where the person never lived. Its a scam or a bad record keeping company. Looking for a lawyer help / small claims court.
