PamFax
I have been a pamfax user for many years but do not use it very often. I just the other day tried to send a fax of 12 pages and I had trouble figuring out how to do it correctly so accidentally it turned out to be 78 pages that was used up which took about over $7 on my credit on the books. I asked if I could get some help because I had problem and get some refund as I had only meant to send 12 faxes. No refund available it was the answer. So far I am not a happy camper and we will see how this place out as I asked for the remaining balance of $13.81.

They promised money back, but still nothing
I used the services of the website www.PamFax.com, but my balance was empty and I stopped to use it, so I decided to stop all deals with them. They promised to return some small sum, which I haven’t used. I waited and still nothing. I contacted them and asked about it, but these jerks refused to pay and spoke win rude manner with me. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

Their system issued customer support tickets 3-4 times.
They never get back to me. kept ignoring.
it's better to stay away from this company. i don't recommend this company at all.
I contracted PamFax service and used it once. After a while, I got an email saying I needed to put more money or the account would be closed. Pamfax stated that I would get a refund for unused balance. Once I requested it they said my account didn't exist. They claimed I cancelled the account before requesting the refund which I didn't and that is why they have no record of my account. I sent them all the emails they sent me along with all receipts I had. How can they have no records of my account? What happened with their accounting records? This has been going back and forth for weeks and it has been a terrible experience with no resolution.
