Months ago I received a letter from the above named company stating I had definitely won a prize. Every other day I receive a similar letter from this company, but have yet to receive "my guaranteed prize". No reason ha been given for this and I even donated twice to the shelter. I returned all the necessary documents allegedly required to no avail. Is there really a "sweepstakes"? and If so, and I am a guaranteed winner, where is my prize?

I get a lot of sweepstakes mailings for North Shore and every so often I do send a small donation. Today I went into my Pending file which was holding on of their "keep for your records" mailings and I just wanted to see if I could safely discard it (if the sweeps was already over). Couldn't tell from the mailing, so I tried going online to find the answer and now I'm finding a lot of stuff I didn't know before. Not sure if I'll ever donate again.
