Neuropathy treatment group offers a two week free trial of their product. Like always they say you can cancel your order prior to the next order date. I called and canceled my order days before my order was to be shipped. They ignored it and shipped it anyway. Billing my credit card. I tried for four days to reach their so called customer service, only to discover they have one person running the show. I left countless messages. Never any returned calls. When I returned their product they still have failed to put the money back on my credit card. Now they are putting blame on my bank. It's been over a month now and I have to file a complaint with my bank that the charges were unauthorized. In my opinion they get a thumbs down in all areas. Product, customer service, etc.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
