I am a Senior woman on disability living alone.
MCI'S Customer Service is in Argentina & India - they speak very
little English & can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you but
read from a computer screen - "I'm sorry" blaw, blaw, blaw - over & over.
My Voice Mail has been INoperative for over 3 WEEKS!!! This is an
internal system at MCI & AT&T said it's easy to fix.
MCI 'Executive Office' are 5 woman in a cubile-they are worthless
as well.
I reported this bad & dangerous service - I need my voice-mail to
CA Public Utilities Commm & when I did - MCI --PUNISHED ME--
& that w/e turned off my entire system. My phone still not working
Warning - stay far AWAY from MCI Harrassed Customer
