Hi,
It's impossible to get a hold of any representative at your Saks (Queen and Yonge) location.
Last week I called several times to find it you had a product in stock only to get no answer for hours or being disconnected getting through the line.
I was so frustrated that I just went all the way down there to purchase a bando but had to order a new one. Now today called again for hours eventually getting through to another representative telling me he would call me back in 10 min as all the sales reps in the lease boutique are busy, it's now been over an hour with no call back.
The customer service girl ends up telling me after I asked for a manager cause this is the worst service ever that the manager is not available, as I asked to leave a message on the voice message the reply was that it's full.
This is beyond frustrating and disappointing.
Honestly I could of just gone to another store or a competitor to purchase a similar prestige product.
This is not the first time that I have had this issue with getting through to representatives at this store and I understand it's a leased boutique but to me as a loyal customer that spends a lot of money at Louis Vitton and at Saks, but honestly it might just be my last!
I would appreciate a call back [protected].
