I pay a professional resume service for 199 $ on 20 december 2016. I've enter all the informations asked to active the service, and then noting else happened. I call the 2 numbers : [protected] and [protected]. Last time, i'vetalked with a manager, she told us that she will send an email to her manager to ask for a reimbursement of my money, and she'll confirm it me back. It was last week and nothing happened. By phone, everybody tells me that they can see the paiement but i didn't have any service. What can i do now????

I think they are robbers!!
