My girlfriend and I received a Groupon for LA Bliss Spa as a Christmas gift from our dear friends, knowing that she has a bad back, and also that we just love to get massages together. It was for one 60 minute couples aromatherapy or hot stone massage. Over the course of the past 4 weeks we called in 4 separate times in the morning to see if they had any availability for this couples massage at any point in time during there hours of operation for that day. As they checked for availability my girlfriend politely let them know in advance that we are also using a Groupon for this. The second they heard Groupon they let her know that there is no more availability for the day. After the first few time's of getting denied it almost became comical, hearing there different excuses. Some days they would say things like "Ya we already took our fill of Groupons for the day" or would just flat out say there are no more availability's, but the moment Groupon was mentioned there was no chance of getting a massage booked.

HERE'S WHERE IT GETS GOOD! After my girlfriends fourth attempt at trying to book a massage, I decided to call back myself and inquire about getting a couple's massage...but this time I didn't mention anything about a Groupon. Wouldn't you believe it! They were wide open for 60 minute couple's massage and she was telling me about there hot stone, and aromatherapy massage! She was even mentioning specials on a 90 minute couple's massage! So just to cover myself I asked about anytime in the evening in case the afternoon didn't work for us. She said anytime I like! They had availability's in the afternoon, and the evening! So I'm clear it's not the women on the phone that is causing the problem. It's the management, and the owner. Any business knows this. It's business 101. Basically the front desk are instructed by management "Sonya" to to tell people with Groupons this. Basically shake them...amazing!

I can understand now why LA Bliss Spa launched a Groupon. They were not getting enough business. Now I believe I know why. I never do the complaint thing online but this, really rubbed me the wrong way (no pun intended) How can you launch a Groupon and time, after time, after time than turn around and deny that person the Groupon the service?! Our friends who purchased the Groupon will know about our experience, and we are also going to let Groupon know about this experience as well so that we can hopefully get our money back. We will never use this facility nor will I ever recommend it. The management in this facility is underhanded and unprofessional. I run and operate a business and I would never make the mistake this establishment has made. They could have gained two more regular clients, and potentially our family and friends that would have referred. Instead they will instantly lose 4, as my friends that have visited this spa will never return. I will never recommend LA Bliss Spa to any one I know.

I received the coupon for the services in the LA Bliss Spa. One day I decided to use it, and I contacted them. Firstly, they spoke very politely and everything was ok, but I told them that I would use the coupon and the receptionist became rude and hung up in the middle of the conversation. I was so shocked with rude and disrespectful attitude that now I want to find other unsatisfied customers in order to send a massive complaint to this company.

A truly skilled and fine surgeon for 30 years. I had liposuction, face lift and nose procedure. The results are flawless and the recovery was as expected. I believe the complaints are coming from patients that are unhappy with themselves for other reasons and should consider seeking an appropriate means of help rather than put down a professional medical physician that has been in practice for 30 years
