We were dissatisfied with Sales Represenatives and company procedures.
Problem date was 9-3-09 to 9-15-09.
Purchase date 9-3-09 and 9-9-09.
Traded in a 2008 Ford Focus S.
Purchased a 2004 F-150 Crew Cab.

We did not like the way that Perry L Sherman, sales represenative, conducted business. We thought the deal was final with $298 payments for 66 months, but got a phone call on 9-8-09 and was told to resign paperwork. When I asked what had changed on the paperwork, I was falsley told by the sales represenative that nothing to his knowledge had changed. We went in on 9-9-09 and we were told payments went up to $369 and leased months went down to 48. On 9-9-09 we resigned another contract. On 9-14-09 we had more problems with bank financing. We still have not gotten our title. We went back on 9-15-09 and made numerous phone calls to speak with the manager (who wasn't there all day), but was there when we got there. We made a trip on this day to go and get our title.
