Around may 6, I ordered hair from this company and I paid $307 plus $40 for over night shipping. Today is June 10, 2011 and I have not received the hair. This company says it is not their problem. It is the problem of the shipping company. Their website says because they care about quality, they use UPS, but somehow they used FedEx. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Basically they are saying it is my fault that the hair they supposibly sent the hair but did not get to me. I have never felt so scammed in my life. They are members of the better business bureau, so I will try to report them hopefully it will help somehow. I do not recommend doing business with this company at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The package was delivered to JANETH on May 7. We shipped it to the correct address and it was delivered. We suggest any releases that you may have signed with FedEx be removed from their database if you do not wish for them to leave your packages. Our website says nothing about UPS. Janneth know that we shipped the package and that it was delivered to her address. She is making seem like we did something to her we in fact during our claim process she file a chargeback so the money is being held. we can not refund it nor can we ship her new hair. We have never had a problem like this before because people follow the claim process to get new hair sent out.
