I had enrolled for emigration services in 2005 and in the initial stage backed off for not doing emigration for canada. The company took a signing contract amount of Rs 25,000 after which i told them repeatedly not to continue emigration but they have not heeded to my complaints and say it is non refundable as per contract.

In contract it was mentioned that if you are dis interested with emigration service you can back off and you will get refund back with some charges deducted, i have not received a single penny from them. kindly probe into this and let me get my money back. Below is the managing director sidhus reply:

Dear mr Samson

In response to your e-mail produced below it is pertinent to mention here that we have duly informed you through various letters, e-mails and tele-calls that in the event of non-submission of documents and unilateral withdrawal there is no refund of the fee paid as per the Contract.

Our office has been following up with you for submission of required documents ever since you retained our services. As per Contract you were under legal obligation to submit documents within 60 days of retaining our services, however you did not submit same. You have applied for refund giving reasons of your personal problems, however refund is not allowed as per Contract.

It would be very important to bring to your notice that as per Contracts of agreement which you have signed with the Company and its associates, you were legally bound to pay professional fee of Rs 20,000/- and US$ 1200 within 30 days of retaining our services. You have not only defaulted in performance of duties but also in payment of dues.

Your attention is drawn to our registered letter dated 24.03.2006 which has been duly received by you. I have attached a copy of the same for your reference.

In the light of the facts given above and terms of the Contract, you are not entitled ot reufnd of the fees paid by you. We have been giving you timely information and advice. Company is still ready and willing to provide you servcies but same cannot be done without your cooperation and submission of required docuemtns. Please be informed that all legal rights of the Company shall remain intact and you will be solely responsible for any misadventure at your end.

However I have been trying to contact you at your given no [protected] but it is not getting through. Please give another contact no. so that I may discuss the matter with you.

Sincerely,
Sandeep Sidhu

I do not say that this company is fraud or cheater i simply want my money back since my parents are retired and on medications

I would like to complain against GNA: Global Network Associates, in Toronto, Canada. We tried to make our immigration process to Canada through them and we only received a very bad service and false promises! of course, after we had made a deposit for the 50% of the service fee: 650 dollars! and the canadian embassy fee (through a bank check they asked us to send them directly and they would send it to the embassy wth our documentation). It all started wrong when Jose Antonio Morales (our "executive") quitted suddenly answering our calls, so after almost one month we finally spoke to the company´s "Director" and told us they had move their office and lost our file! including both payments!, so he offered us to go on with the process without paying the other 50% left or just stop the process and getting our both payments back (one check and one deposit). Obviously, we decided we´d take the second option and Mr Weinshtein agreed... It´s been more than a year, and last June 19th, we received an email from Mr Weinshtein saying he had found or check (the one addressed for the Embassy) and asked what we wanted him to do with it, and we asked him to send it right away, and we haven´t had any answer from him... we even looked for him in Toronto, on a trip we made for business purposes and the address at his webpage is a "virtual" office, so a secretary made a conference with him and said he would call back, and of course, he hasn´t. We want our money back !
