Al Fairuz Trading & Contracting Unethical behavior about my certificate

I got a offer from http://www.alfairuzoman.com/ for VISA purpose they ask my original degree certificate so I send it after they send visa copy to me but unfortunately I met an accident and I have on bed rest for 6 months I inform them the same.but after now they are not sending my original certificate back and they didn't answer my mails .
I ask my consultant about the same he also replying same and he advised me to contact company at Oman .
Please kindly help me to solve my problem.
