HTTP-Tunnel Corporation / Bad service
During my interaction with their tech support person, William Boley, I have received a few emails from him. Here are some excerpts. The overall experience was very bad, rude and obnoxious support. Stay away from these people.
Please cancel your account and request a refund.

"You are havinig some type of network problem because the same email from your location is being sent multiple times.

"I can not solve your problem. So the only recourse is for you to cancel your account and ask for a refund.
You are having problems on your end. I have said this over and over. Even when you send an email it gets sent multiple times. HTTPTunnel is not having any problems.You have local machine or network issues. I have said as much. If I can not solve the problem then what do you expect me to do? I do not have access to the local machine nor can I trouble shoot your network. My duties are to get you to connect to and through the servers and then offer optimizations suggestions. I have done all this and you are still experiencing problems.
As to the customer base. I can give you literally hundreds of email addresses of Members who are positively GIDDY because I was able to get them to connect. You just do not seem to want to take any responsibility to solving your issue. You give vague and incomplete replies to my requests for trouble-shooting procedures. Do you expect me to define through osmosis the errors of your machine or network. I have done all that I can. I can no do more. I will see to it that your account is cancelled and the your receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
