Damaged and Broken Product
Dear Friends,
Just wanted to aware about thee Services of Greendust. an Online Shopping Vendor which says that its a Seconds Sale but in Reality its a Shop where second hand product or Damaged product is purchased, Repaired and Sent to New Customers. As a Seconds sale product.
Wanted to tell you my story of EQUITY HAND BLENDER.
I purchased thee product online from thee store on 14the April 2017 withe Order no 2235032 for Equity Hand Blender and have paid thee amount thorough Credit card, which is my biggest mistake paying thee amount in advance. then I received thee product on 17the April 2017 but thee product was broken and Remarks to being repaired as it was look wise a second hand Piece already used before. I called Greendust after Verification from Pics sent across to them they arranged for Reverse pickup and thee on 20the April 2017 they again sent me back a piece withe Order no 2235260 for thee same Equity Hand Blender which i received on 25the April 2017 but this time thee piece looks good but thee same problem persists as this is also a broken piece.
Now i think that Greendust only have a warehouse of Broken and Damaged Piece, so be aware before buying any product from Greendust as this is a Fraud Online Shopping Site. also gives a wrong reason for Broken pieces and put a blame on others.
I have attached thee photographs also for your Kind Perusal. please have a look at those.
also to Make you aware thee accounts on Mouthe shut Giving Full rating to Greendust are their own Employees. so please please be aware and give a second thought before buying.

Refrigerator stopped functioning within 4 days ( still under waranty)
Dear sir,
I bought a refrigerator on 19th Dec 2012, since 24th dec it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 25th December. They confirmed that within 48 hours engineer will attend the complaint but its more than 5 days now but no one is bothered to attend the problem. I have followed with Ankit ([protected]) & Shiv ([protected]) from Greendust store for more than 30 times but they just giving false promises.
Kindly help us either getting this complaint attended or they can take their refrigerator back and refund my amount at earliest.
i have purchased a hand blender from greendust.
Greendust is a fraud service provider, i have ordered for hand blender with order number 2235032 on 14 APR 2013 and received the product on 17 APR 2013.
and the product is broken into two pieces and the machine box is also not in good shape broken from outside and was open it seems to be a second hand pieces used already. till time checked over electricity as i am not sure whether it will blast or not as fraud has been done with me.
i want a refund for the same and interest for 3 days as i have paid full amount through credit card.
an apology letter as well for the inconvenience incurred to me.

Green dust is the company is selling @ very cheap rate. I have purchased solo microwave oven from the Green dust web site (invoice no 66376) on 11th January 2013 .However, through courier the product was delivered .The product which I have received is not under warranty. After repeated reminders sales engineer has visited. The moment he plugged in microwave and pressed on START button entire building power went off .Engineer has told me that product is defective and they will refund the amount or replace with other one but till March 2, 2013 they have not done anything .I called customer care several times and had a word with Mr sonu chandela repeatedly but he has not done anything till date . Very frustrating

I Placed order after confirmation from green dust customer care team Jay Singh about free delivery at my pin code. Once i placed the order they told me that they don't deliver product in my location and started asking me extra delivery charges if i want delivery or else i have to pick up my product from their warehouse. When I asked for refund they are saying that I will not get my total refund. they will deduct 2% as payment gateway and DD Making charges + Courier Charges. I have called more than 50 times on there number but every time i got answer that your refund is under process and will take 30 days. Please help me to get my amount refunded. This is pathetic in such a competitive and dynamic e-commerce industry.
