GlassesUSA.comProgressive glasses

Been sending glasses back and fourth since the first of December, they never get the segway line set right so i cant see anything through the glasses!!! Received my third pair last week the end of Feb, after sending them at least 3 emails saying to make sure the segway is set at 16 I get another pair and nothing is changed!!! Demanded a full refund last night only to be told by a Anna Stone that they have already bendt over backwards for me and this time no way!!! Even my eye doctor has looked at everyone of those glasses and has said they dont change the segway line. But apparently this is my fault so now I'm stuck without glasses and have thrown away $160 that I could really use to go towards glasses at the mall!!! Anna Stone should not have a job in customer service!!! By law I should be able to get my refund!!!
