Just before Christmas '07, I called this

person to set up an appointment for my husband to have a massage as a Christmas gift. Gina appeared within 2 days to

exchange her gift certificate for my $60.00, and said she would call me to set up an appointment. When she didn't, I called her, and to make a long story short... 5 times she broke her pledge to call me, and 4X she deserted by not showing up to return our $60.00! I checked the white pages for her address, and found she had moved around this area 10 times... only a P.O. Box address was listed. June 18th is the last date she didn't show up on. If she did this to us, she is doing it to others, and that's why I am posting this complaint.. before other hurting people are ripped off in the same manner. We are seniors who have taken HUGE financial losses in the past, and this is the LAST thing we need!!! Thank you.

    The client addressing the issue did purchase a gift certificate for her Husband for Massage from me at the office and when she mentioned he had a severe case of Shingles at the time, which then ethics and safety would prevail over such a issue to where I would not allow someone to be Massaged with any contagious illness! The wife then took the massage with the gift certificate intended for her husband, only after a period of time to insure the incubation period of the contagious illness would not effect her since she was his care giver and lived with him and then was able to use it for herself !! I would never or have ever deceit someone and reading her statement which is so untrue, with proof I have never moved 10 times in my life ever and and because of her over the top lies I decided not to do anymore certificates! Gt
