GearBubble - personalized coffee mug

I ordered a personalized coffee mug from the Gear Bubble website over a month ago. I received the item on or about January 10, 2018. The mug arrived with a broken handle. I have attempted to contact the company by calling the number given on the website however the number is apparently non-existent. There seems to be no way that I can return the item to get a replacement or a refund. The order information is below and I have attached a photo of the mug as it arrived.
