gamecbo.com review: I haven't received my purchase and impossible to contact the agent

I purchased some stuff for my game from the website www.gamecbo.com. I got the confirmation info from the agent, who advised me to wait within several mites or within 3 hours. I waited about 5 hours, and I was furious. I couldn’t play game without my purchase. I tried to reach the agent, but no one replied and the status of the agent was unavailable. WTF? Please, help me to reach this jerk.
