Frisch Family Chiropractic No complaint at all!

I'm not "complaining" about a company right now, I'm registering so that I can RESPOND to and COMMENT about a complaint that was posted on your site!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE with this complaint. I am going to call you out and suggest that you sound like a disgruntled personal friend or acquaintance. My first issue is that you try to make it appear as if there are no other healthcare professionals at community events. Are you kidding me? They are LINED UP at every community event/festival I go to! Secondly, when I met Dr. Frisch I wasn't even sure if he was the appropriate professional to help me with my physical issue. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and encouraged me to schedule an appointment - which I gladly did. He did not ask me for a donation for anything! I kept my appointment, he took x-rays, and thoroughly EXPLAINED to me what was on my x-ray. We sat in his office, he asked multiple questions to better understand my history, took notes, and not once did he "scare" me nor did he ever say that he could FIX it. Perhaps you weren't listening closely, but his (and I suspect most, if not all, chiropractors) believe the body heals itself! He has never claimed that he was going to heal me or "fix" the problem. Third, you make it sound as if a second person coming in to talk to the patient about finances is some evil scheme. Seriously? It happens in a dentist's office ALL THE TIME! Oh, and let's not forget a medical doctor - does your medical doctor directly speak to you about paying your bill or do you deal with someone else? Fourth, Dr. Frisch's office has never asked me to pay for 20 - 70 treatments in advance! I don't even know how you came up with that. In fact, after speaking to some of my friends I found his recommended level of treatment fell right in line with other chiropractors. Finally, I take serious issue with your assertion that he had Anorexia as a teenager. If you are a patient of his how would you know that? I have never known what issues ANY of my treating physicians faced as teenagers. Additionally, I see absolutely no relevance of this issue to the matter at hand. IF he even did have Anorexia HOW does that affect his ability to treat me? What does that have to do with anything? Shame on you for even putting that out there. Just so you know, it doesn't make him look bad - it makes YOU look bad. To anyone reading this response I will close this on a positive note. Dr. Frisch and his office staff have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. I HIGHLY recommend him! I can't tell you the number of benefits I have reaped as a result of his chiropractic care. To be sure, I used to be skeptical of chiropractors at first but now I can gladly tell you that I plan to continue to receive care under Dr. Frisch so that my body can enjoy optimal functioning capabilities and I can enjoy good health long-term.

Frisch Family Chiropractic health care fraud and scam

Dr Chad Frisch is a chiropractor and owner-operator of Frisch Family Chiropractic in Fort Mill SC. There have been several complaints filed with insurance companies, health dept, state chiropractic board, etc, regarding his business practices and ethics. This chiropractor offers the same treatment to each and every patient. He solicits patients within the community by attending various community events and giving "free health screenings". He then asks you to make a "donation" that he says is given to a "local charity" in exchange for the health screening. During this health screening, he will "check your spine" (by touching and feeling your back and asking you a couple of questions) and then recommend that you make an appointment in his office. Once you come into the office, he will say that you need xrays. After you get them done, he will sit down with you and tell you that there is something wrong or misaligned in your spine. He gives you this talk and then sort of scares you into thinking that there is something wrong with your back. Then he will tell you that he can fix it. He leave the office and then another person comes in and talks to you about finances. Finances? Yes, as strange as it seems, the other person will then try to sell you on a "care plan". This is an attempt to get you to pay for 20-70 treatments in advance. This is crazy, but true. This is not the worst of it. Since Fort Mill is a very small community and most people know each other-- I found out that Dr Chad Frisch gives every patient the exact same talk. I know this because several people I know were at this community event that Dr Chad Frisch was doing a health screening at made appointments to visit his office. They told me the same stories about how he pushes a paid treatment plan on them. He tries to get everyone on these "care plans" and then he talks about how the insurance company doesn't care about your health. So when you run out of benefits, you will need to continue to pay out of pocket for his services. How and why would each person need the same kind of treatments and why would a person pay for health treatments that they have not even had yet? This seems like a scam and should be illegal.

Also, I received info that Dr Chad D. Frisch is from Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. If this is the same Chad Donald Frisch, then this person has suffered from a mental illness (Anonexia Nervosa) and was treated as a teen for this and the self destructive nature of this mental illness. This is something that the community should be aware of because our community should know what type professionals (doctors) we are placing our trust in. And psychological illness is something that should be public knowledge.

People of Fort Mill SC need to beware of Dr Chad D Frisch and do not trust your health in the hands of someone that is seemingly doing dishonest and unethical business practices and well as dishonest and hides his past mental issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chad Frisch since he opened his practice in 2009. I live in a city where there are chiropractors on every corner yet I travel to Fort Mill for chiropractic treatments from Dr. Frisch. Why would I go out of my way? Because he is the BEST. Every single time he has treated me, I have had complete success in feeling my best. He has saved me from pain and discomfort and he has done so in a straightforward, caring, and professional manner. I’m addressing this “complaint” because I do not feel good about Dr. Frisch being accused of things which make no sense, other than to viciously slander for reasons we will never know. I stand behind him, his family chiropractic practice, and his wonderful staff because to do anything less would be wrong.

I have seen 3 different chiropractors and Dr. Frisch has been the most thorough, knowledgeable, and humble. He pinpointed the exact areas in my spine that were out of line and discussed a plan with me to target those 3 vertebrae. Other chiropractors never even recognized where the issues were coming from and adjusted my whole spine unnecessarily. They all recommended coming in multiple times and suggested a plan. It's like getting braces, properly adjusting a spine to get it back into alignment takes time, not just one visit. It's not a one time pill you take. He has treated each of my four family members and each of us had a very different plan of action. He was very honest about my daughters back being in great shape and not needing much adjustment at all, just one vertebrae that was out of line causing her headaches. The fact that he is giving free health screenings to help raise money for the community I find commendable. My whole family has had a great experience with Dr. Frisch and his staff and would highly recommend him.

er no, mental illness is a private health matter and absolutely no one's business. Further, you are speculating and cannot confirm. I'd be more careful if I were you. Sounds like you have a few issues of your own.
