This company is a SCAM. They destroyed the inside of my car during transport from Florida to California and refused to pay for any of the damage to my brand new 2010 Chevy Camaro. They then told me I was a liar and that the damage was done prior to them picking it up and since I didnt inspect the inside of my car when they dropped it off becasue why would there be damage to the inside they called me a liar and refused to pay for the damage. I recommend NO ONE uses this company or the owner an manager Sean Montzar and Seyed Reza Taheri and a guy named Ray that works there
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'd also like to find out how they destroyed the inside of your vehicle. My car is on its way from Florida to California and like bonesybake08 the broker chose them... I will be taking pictures of my car inside and out and then compare to make sure there is no damage done.
How did they destroy the inside of your vehicle? Currently my car is suppose to be en-route from California to Florida...I did not choose them, the brokerage company I went with chose them. They are AWFUL to deal with. But knowing that your car arrived gives me some peace of mind that it will get here.
