Fraud commitment
Hi all,
Eminence gave me wrong commitment and initially when i raised then they pull me with false statements and i relied on them.
After that their case officer disnt worked for 1.5 months even i asked them to work.Then, finally i asked that refund my money as from initial day 1, I am not satisfied.I have all emails with me.
People involved : farah, meher, legal team, mounika, managment.
They are now denying. Dont rely on such immigration services.
Very pathetic behavior of Niharika as noone is supporting in my case and legal action i need to take for my refund.They agreed on their gaps and giving me aolution which I cant accept after wasting my 4 months as attached. See their services :
No commitment, no escalation mateix, noone to listen.
Sales team want to sell and then noone to listen.

The entire content is true and my case is exactly the same and also my consultant is Meher.
And the comments which has been posted is 100% true.
These people will lure you with all the false promises and then you will end up in express entry pool without getting a selected. Kindly do not go this or any other consultancy unless you have a good CRS score (>450 right now) and to get a good CRS score you need to have atleast 7.5 bands (8, 7, 7, 7) in IELTS along with a masters degree. These people would fool you by saying only 6 bands are enough and you will get selected in express pool which is not true at all. Also, they would talk you about the PNP's ( Provincial nomination programs) and how you can get easily get 600 points through these programs.. again not true!.. to get these 600 points, you need to have the following:
1)You need to be eligible for that particular PNP
2) your occupation should be in their "in demand occupation list"
3) You need to have a job offer or need to have a good score PNP score
finally, they will try to convince you by telling about their job placement team, which is useless because, the only thing they will do is keep applying for jobs at job portals like indeed and linkedin which will never get you any job offers.
