El AL Security el al at malpensa and consequent problems at immigration office

On feb 24th,2022 I was suppose to take a flight with el al from malpensa, milano to tel aviv, security, everything go fine, a nice italian man and a israelian scururity after the normal questions, let me go to the check in, the first problem start I was sending the application form for the covid test and the all documentationsto the wrong adress. No hostess helped, everybody left, they where talking to each other like I did not even exist, like a was missing a bus.

At that point I asked for the next flight to make a reservation, always waiting for the answer and hoping to get it by 7 pm. Nothing, all day at the airport.

5,30 pm the other check in, security service, I wait for the flight at 7, no answer from the ministery of health, of coure the adress mail was wrong.

Tired I took a taxi an go on, and they put on the nflight on saturday at 7 oclock pm., it was thurday.

Came back on saturday, with the documents, finally.

2 italians young guys, that made me surprise because at list I was expecting one israelian, start to search all true my luggages, and the italian the curly hair one, that saw me already 2 days before start searcing all true my luggages, and with no reason at all took away my laptop telling me I would have gotten on my return, than start with hand luggages, same thing..

The they told me to go and do the check in.

It s time to board, all the israelian on the plane, they call on the side telling me they did not finish with me, zero manners.

I show them that I had an insurance, money credit card, and the receipt of arb & b with which I rented a house for a month and a half in jerusalem.

Who cares... Body search they left me only with my underwear, at that point I was under schock, and the plane was already 30 minutes late.

The took off all of my luggages from the plane, I was telling my self if that was reality, plane packed of israelian and the potential terrorist out with her luggages on the plane, I cryed I was tired stress and I talk important medicines, with regular paper from the hospital, the told they would have kept everything and send, it to me next day, they make me leave with a plastic bag that I still hold with all the documentations, in it my wallet passport and phone without charger. I was so schock because at that point I should call my lawyer and stay in italy.

Terrible flight, reach to the immigration point the guy told to go, 2 o clock in the morning, on shabbat, I ask for el al office to give the the paper with my cod luggages, and that it was important because I had my medicine, he told me to follow him and bring to another office, a lady raising is voice ask me what was my problem man,? I told her the all story I don t know why she took away my passport and ask me for the luggages I was trying to explaine my self, when she told to stop, put my passport on a big "phone" and scanner it, give a paper that was saying "prevention of illigal immigration", hold my passport put me in a room until the next morning where they send me back to italy, my phone was off battery I could not call anybody.

Once I reach (finally) my country the hostess gave my passport to 2 policeman, they gave back to me right away and telling me that for italy I was clean take the luggages and go home and get some rest, humanity... I cryed while I was waiting to pick up my luggages, one was broken will the tape around it, some of my things in boxes...

They humiliate me, I got depresse and could not go back to my normal life for a month.

I send a mail to el al, at list to understand, of couse, no answers. Call italian and isrealian embassy, the make trow away more then 4000 euros, disappears. This was my beautiful experience with el al company and immigration, in conseguence of they job.

I came back and they stop me telling me that not even the hand luggage could came to israel.

I arrive to the point the moment we show the boarding card, they call a part already, make me wait, all the israelian on the plane, and bring to a room make go trough a total bo

Desired outcome: All refund for my expences , excuses for what i went trough because of the italian security , and a letter to immigration that now ask me for a visa to enter in Israel.

A saperlo , il reclamo lo scrivevo in italiano , il traduttore automatico non ha fatto un buon lavoro, ma sono certa che El al la leggerà in inglese

On 30th July my husband, my 2 daughters and me had to fly back home, to Amsterdam with El Al flight, departing 06.00 hour from Tel Aviv, Israel. We arrived at Ben Gurion airport (Tel Aviv) more than 2, 5 hours before departure. Upon arrival there were some problems with the security luggage scanner. This slowed down the process, but nevertheless we made it...

El AL Lost luggage

1.On June 17th 2007 I took an ELAL flight from Las Vegas to Tel Aviv Israel with my two children.

2.Upon arrival to Tel Aviv I discovered that all three luggage parcels did not arrive. 4 days later two of my bags arrived, the third was never found.

3.Ever since, for the past three and a half month, I have been in a constant attempt to recover my belongings and later on get the reimbursement for the lost suitcase. Even though I filled my claim in accordance to the ELAL stated procedure-
(See http://www.elal.co.il/ELAL/English/ContactUs/), I have since been deceived, ignored and led through an incomprehensible process of disregarding any accountability or due diligence by ELAL.

4.To make matters worse, the ELAL office in New York has no direct customer service phone line (see the aforementioned web site with phone numbers that are a recorded message). All my faxes and Emails have been generally ignored or answered with inconsistent, contradicting and un-committing replies. Since we are us citizens, the Israel office has directed me time after time to the New York office where supposedly my file was handled. All other communications with the Israeli office have so far led to nothing.

5.ELAL mentions on its website 21 days for replies to claims, we have waited three times that period and have been treated with disrespect and dishonesty.

In conclusion- Save your time, save your money global company with a provincial attitude and sub par customer service.

I also want to complain about EL AL. I am an Arab American. I was treated in a very prejudice manner by some of the staff. I mean I was fine with the extra extra checking and with them stripping me down. I was traveling with my baby girl she fell in the airport play ground right before take off. she was hurt preety bad on her eye. Any way when I got on the plane I sat down on my seat with my injured year old baby trying to put her to sleep and this ### flight attendent, (please excuse my language) she moved me and made me sit between two guys because of some jewish lady ...

i use usp callingphone card last cuple of month a go,i recharge phone calling card but this card is no working , all my money going waste.
