The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I worked with Eastern Software Systems Pvt Ltd., D-16/2 Oklha Phase-II New Delhi-20 (now shifted to Noida last yr Oct-Nov) for more than two years, before joining they had asked to sign a two year service bond and also to deposit my passport and high school mark sheet which I deposited and for which no receipt was given.

I resigned from the company giving a one week notice period and proper handover of projects and documents were taken away from me but on my last working day our GM/Manager Mr Mukul Kumar refused to relieve me from the company services, I told them due to personal problem I cannot continue and this is not fair that on last working day you are saying like this.
They kept me moving from one manager to another. Finally, the Hr Manager of the company Mr Gaurav Malhotra asked me to give Rs20, 000 to take back my passport which I denied them. Later on, when I approach through my father they given back my passport but put me as absconded on their record and not given any of my dues.

Later after four months I have submitted PF withdrawal form to them but after making a mockery of me for nearly two months they finally refused neither to attest the form nor give my account details. My PF A/c no is DL-16801/1395.

Sir, I work for them day and night and it's my hard earned two years money which I want and without their cooperation I cannot have it.
It's a request to please look into the matter because it's not just my case lot of us are suffering from the same problem as there is no one who can put an end to the violation of labor rights and ill treatment done by employers to their labors.

Hoping and waiting that something definitely will going to come out positive from your end.

Dear All,

Pros: You can learn pl/sql and it's implementation along with team work in very starting.

Cons:

If you are willing to work in any hazardous condition you are welcome, if not then do not join. These guys impose training cost on freshers as well as experienced and moreover the are in a habit to get invalid contract(as directed by labor commission) and also the ask to submit a cheque of the contract amount. So you infer that it is equivalent to a "BOND" which they deny all the time. You'll be asked to submit your passport for which you'll not get any receiving.

Worst part the Senior HR(Mr. Gaurav Malhotra), he tries to monopolize every aspect of the company and try to threaten every employee legally about which he doesn't know himself. His qualification is ironical to what post he's serving and it's just because he is in the company for past 15 years.

Summary:

If you join, read the contract, do not submit cheque or passport. And if you have no option and already joined the comapany, file a complaint in Dy. Labour commission Office, Noida.

No problem you can withdraw your PF you own with submitted your from directly in PF office

Eastern Software Systems Pvt Ltd is known for its ERP ebizframe. They have some very loyal employees who all are now managers, having no professional qualification just diploma courses. So if any fresher joining company hoping he/she will learn a lot from them, that’s not gonna happen. Company’s enviornment is very bad, If you r not in D2k then you are lucky. No respect for employee. Very frequently freshers got fired without reason or a fresher leave by his/her own will. I would mention about a person Mr. Neeraj and Ashish sharma, If you are in company or going to join keep as much distance from this person as possible, he is very egoistic person, no respect for anyone but him, he used to abuse employee in front of everyone.

I worked with Substratal Solutions P. Limited, 505, Indraprakash Building, 21, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001 ; for 4 months,

I joined in September and at the time of joining I was told:
1. That I will need to submit a copy of my passport and all academic certificates. .
2. I have to sign the offer letter stating I will be on probation period for 1 year. And then during this period in case I resign will have to either give three months notice or salary.
3. The money that SSPL spend on my certification will be done on basis that I promise to serve for atleast three years .

I had submitted all necessary documents and worked for them Day and Night . all Saturdays and Sundays without leaves.

In November I was taken along for a conference in Mumbai for a week. I had pre-informed the management/ reporting Manager that I need to be back by 25th November for some urgent work.
Inspite of several request and mails I was not allowed to come back and was made to work on a project that was all messed up by a previous employee who resigned due to the bad behavior of management and left without notice.

I was not paid any DA, allowance, Salary for the month of November. I resigned on 17th November 2012 but the same was not accepted and was asked to talk on the same once back in Delhi.

Then I had to come back my-self ( as my wife had met an accident around last week of November), I was called to office and bullied and shouted on by TOP management ( Owner + MD).
They used abusive language not only for me but my family as well. They harassed me stating they will handover my passport to Police and declare absconding with important papers of company.
The Management (Owner) called my mother and shouted on her( for an hour).

I was made to travel again to Mumbai on the ground that will be relived by 31st only if :
I Find my replacement,
Finish the Mumbai projects ( get a handover email from the customer)
Finish the Overseas + delhi project.

I duly completed the process of project handovers specially the Mumbai one, based on which I had to get my tickets done.
But even after the Email + Handover Call and+ Informing the reporting Manager I didn’t heard from them for 3 days.

Forceablly had to arrange a ticket by myself and return back home.

On my reliving day, I handed over all Projects completed to the reporting manager along with other assets.

But then Got a mail from HR ( Neha) stating that I’ll have to extend the period as all projects are not completed else my salary + other allowance will be with Held.

Inspite of several replies and proofs for handovers, I have still not got the following:
1. Salary for month of November + December
2. PF allowance
3. DA+ Reimbursments
4. FnF Letter + Reliving Letter
Total Outstanding of approx 1, 00, 000/-

hi want to know more about the company profile ...how is it for an IT fresher to build career..because i have my interview scheduled next week ...kindly reply asap

I am also working with eastern software system and found that this company is very bad to clear the dues . Suudendly manager hold my salary and they denied to give them. I appeal to IT professional that they will never join this company. There is no such employee policy . From last six months i didn't get any wknd from this commpany.
