Kitchen & bath, contractors
I have experienced unacceptable service from this business. I arranged for them to come to my rental property for measurements and subsequently engaged them to replace/install kitchen cabinets & a vanity in a guest bathroom.
Upon completion, I discovered the ceiling next to a cabinet with a noticeable hole and cracked drywall. I tried to contact the business owner for why they finished the job leaving such ugly damage like that and to arrange to fix it, perhaps with molding to cover the blemish. However, they have tried to avoid this problem and have not contacted me at all, even after I texted them some pictures clearly showing the problem.
I have concluded this business cannot be trusted to contract and will complain next to Better Business Bureau to alert others. Please see that I posted a couple pictures here and ask the question ... Would you want to discover that your kitchen looked like this after you fully paid the quoted price to do the work?
