Scam. I wanted to withdraw money, but it turned out that I have no money at all. I checked my account, and it turned out that the company Direct Ferries charged me 30 times and stole about $500. I have no idea why and how they did it. I want to find them and get my money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. I am in a battle over fraudulent charges myself, the customer service is absolutely horrible. They have lied and I am shocked they are not trying at all to have customer satisfaction. They refuse to refund my money and I am considering legal action.
