Diet Max forskolin capsules from diet max

I ordered the Diet Max Forskolin Capsules after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. After some research I decided this would be a product I would like to try so I ordered it. I placed my order on April 25th and shortly there after I got an email with a tracking number regarding my order. I then looked at my bank account and there was a charge on there for the shipment of the capsules I had just ordered and also for some Mango Cleanse that I hadn't ordered. I called the company and told them I didn't want the cleanse and so they removed that order. I waited about 2 days to check the tracking number and when I did check it, it didn't take me anywhere but added my tracking number into my phone numbers to let me "call" the number. I decided to wait a few more days to check the tracking number. On May 2nd, I contacted the Diet Max to ask where my order was as my tracking number was not giving me any information. The Agent I talked to told me that it takes about 14-16 business days to get the product and we got off the phone. I decided to contact the company because I knew there was a trial period and I wanted to make sure I would receive my order before the trial ended. When I contacted the company again, the agent told me they shouldn't take that many days to get to me and that I have a 30 trial period and I wouldn't be charged anything on my account until May 25th unless I cancelled before that time. I then received my order on May 6th which was the 12th day after ordering my product. I started taking my product on May 7th. That would be the 13th day of my trial period. Fast forward to May 12th (today) and I look at my bank account to see I have a debit coming out for $79.25. I call the company and the person that answered the call asked me to identify myself so I did. After placing me on a "brief" hold (18 minutes and some seconds) she got back on the phone. I could barely understand her because it sounded like she had a mouth full of food. She sounded very muffled. When I informed her of this she didn't stop talking or take the time to fix the situation. I then told her that there was a charge coming out of my bank account for this product and that it should be coming out until May 25th. She informed me that the trial was 14 days from the time you purchase the product. I informed her that I received the product on the 12th day of my trial and started taking it on the 13th day of the trial and there is no way someone can decide if they like a product like this when they use it for a day. I informed her that I had talked to someone at Diet Max and they said it was a 30 day trial. She told me they were wrong and ran off a bunch of other things that I didn't understand because he voice was still muffled. I told the agent I wanted a full refund, where she then placed me on another "brief" hold (4 minutes). When she got back on the phone she informed me she could refund me 30% of my order and I said that I wanted 100% of my debit back, she then came back with 50% of my order in a refund and said I wanted 100% back and my order cancelled. She placed me on another "brief" hold and came back telling me they would refund me 100% and my order had been cancelled. She then hung up on me. I called the company back and had to start from the beginning by identifying myself and being placed on hold. I just wanted to know how long it would take my money to be credited back to my account and if the account had been cancelled and get a confirmation number. The agent informed me of all of the above. When I started to tell her the person I was speaking with before hung up on me which is why I was calling back to get a confirmation number, she said nothing.
I am waiting for my refund to come through and I am waiting for a confirmation email to come. I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau and will also put this complaint on the Facebook advertisement. I will also never purchase another product from this company.

Diet Max $87.13 was charged to my account, I didn't receive any correspondence nor goods for the amount

I like many others on this site, happened upon the website and thought I'd give it a try. I put in for a special offer of a trial for US$2.95. Nine days later an additional US$87.13 was charged to my account, I didn't receive any correspondence nor goods for the amount. I at no time authorised this company to deduct money from my account apart from the initial US$2.95. All attempts to trace source has been unsuccessful.

Diet Max never recieved product

Was charged for the trial period then then the order in November and never recieved the product. Called and they said they would send it. Well never receieved it. Today 2-7-11 I was charged another 87.13 for the product. I called to ask why I was charged again and she gave me an website to cancell the order but would not refund me the money. I have now been billed twice for something that I have not recieved. I was then given and email [protected]@yourordersupport.com to talk to them about getting a refund. I had to cancel my card in order to stop them from taking more money for their scam. I want everyone to know not to order this because it is something you will never receive.

MY account was drafted $87.13 on Feb.28, 2011 for product I did order. I was told by the operator Malcom that it was a computer error. How could that be ? When someone has to manually input my card number. The company did not identify themselves only by a telephone to draft my account. Malcom informed me that it would take 15 days to receive my money back into my account. I later found out the name of the company was Albright tooth whitening paste. I was told to come to this site support@your order support.com to file a complaint but I don't see why. Because it do not seems to address the the problem directly to the company. They also cause me to pay my bank $30.00 in overdraft fees due to their actions. In addtion to problem they drafted my account again on March 11, 2011 @ 12:28 A.M. for $78.13 & $2.95 for a total of $ 81.13 this time as Z TEC MEDIA LTD also as Ultraslimfactor.com. Payovation was told by Ultrabrite to draft my account. I called Payovation and told not to draft my account because I did not order any product from Ultrabrite. They said they would not and they will reverse it back to Ultrabrite. Guess what? They still drafted my account but under a different name called I MALL PAY CHIHUANUACHI MX. This is nothing but FRAUD and this dam site is but a waste of time. I WANT ALL OF MONIES BACK. I had to cut up my debit card, open a new account to hopefully stop this from occurring again. I hope someone is monitoring this site and our plight and do something to put and end to this type of SCAM & FRAUD! sincerely Eugene Bullard

Diet Max Order Scam

I have obviously joined the Diet Max Scam Club. Wish I had seen this site before. I too received the so called free sample which charged $2.95 to my credit card and then the $87 charge started before I could cancel. I can not take this product since it has content that should not be taken with my current meds. I spent some time on the phone talking to two different reps and really got the run around. They said the only way I could reverse the charges was to sent the product back within 10 days. I was told that I could unsubscribe on the website. Didn't know why my talking to a person live could not accomplish that. When I couldn't understand due to poor phone connection, what the rep was saying and I asked him to repeat the website info, he hung up on me. I was finally able to find the Diet Max website and when prompted to unsubscribe entered my e-mail address and then send and got an error message. Cute. They have their butts covered on every angle. All of their other 800 numbers are always busy, either by their choice or because of so many people calling to complain. Moral of the story is I will have to pay the charges on my card and have cancelled it eff. immediately. Can you immagine how much $ they have made? If 5, 000 people fell for this deal they got an instant $435, 000.00.

Diet Max WHAT A SCAM!!

I bought diet max on 9/23, I recieved the product on 10/1, I started taking the product at that time after three days I started to get very sick with stomach pains, and diarria. I did not see the fine print so I lost the first month because I called on 10/10, I spoke with agent #021 jackie lopez, I asked her if i had been ripped of, she said yes that was accurate, I then told her to cancel any other shippment or charge to my credit card. On 10/25 a company callee profit vault charged 9.76 on my card, on 10/27 diet max charged 2.95, and on 10/29 diet max charged me 74.26. i was very upset i havc since contacted them several times speaking with several agents Barry # 437, jeana # 126, mickey taylor # 112, roldan #232, and jesica #252. i was told i would recieve my money back in 15 days, then 7 days, then they said my case went to administration upstairs and i would be contacted. that was late November, i have tried to contact them several times and i get the same message that all curcuits are busy. WHAT A SCAM!

Diet Max fraud/charges on back account

I ordered a free sample, that had a nominal shipping fee. Problem was... there must have been small print that gave specifics that the product would be sent and my account would be charged...not once... but several hefty charges
When I finally noticed these charges it was too late to do anything. I have read several complaints this morning about this product and the horror of trying to get the account cancelled and the difficulty of getting anything done with this fraudulant scamming company. Please... if you have been through this nightmare, and have had ANY success with cancellation and or retreval of funds and have a phone number and a way that I can get this stopped... please e-mail me ASAP. I am going to the bank immediately to speak to the fraud dept. and cancel my card, if that will help. I also plan on contacting the BBB, which I am sure are overwelmed with complaints of this company. I am just sick and would appreciate anyones input. please respond asap.

Diet Max Stolen funds

Company promotes a trial period of their diet max acai berry. Once they have your credit card, they continue to charge you up, with no product ever being sent or received. I have charges to my credit card, I have never received the trial offer nor any other stocks... They advertise a phone number which is invalid, they do not have a reply email address, so I have experienced the worst kind of predator. Anothe consumer, sucked in by the possibility of weight and health improvement. I have been unable to contact the company. I received my information from an internet review by a US TV station, who supported the business.

Diet Max Charges to my credit card

On the 24th Oct, 2010 I was offered a free sample of their weight loss tables with only the cost of postage I also took the Product Ultimate Diet Premium package at a cost of $59.65 for which I had for a 1 month trial period. On the 21st Nov. 2010 I sent them an email to cancel this and get a refund and I have had no response to this email. I have also been charged an amount of $76.04 plus international transaction fees to my credit card and I have no idea what this is for. I don't know what my next step should be so I am hoping that I can get some assistance through this complaints board.

The company offered a free trial to pay for delivery charges only. The product does not work and it made my stomach hurt. On my credit card they charged me two times. (1) 9/2210 $1.49 s/h 9/28/10 a charge of $87.47. Than on 10/20 $2.95 i guess for s/h and on 10/21 a charge of $87.47. And more charge of I don't know what for. I also have not recieved any products on top of all this. I tried calling them 11/15/2010 and I of course had no account number for them. So they tried my name, phone number, the last four numbers of my credit card and the amount I was disputing. They could find nothing on their files. Now how am I suppose to get a refund of these charges.
I am very unhappy with this company and think they are scamming people. Which I am one of them.

Diet Max Diet max prouduct & service phone not exist

I ordered Diet Max because the a webpage was linked to WSJ. I get 1 bottle of trial offer for paying about $5.00 shipping & handling. The online-order did presented it will automatically send you the product and bill credit card on monthly basis. But I wait 20 days after my credit card is charged, the renew product did not came. So I tried to call [protected] as credit card bill reflected $87.00 charge for first month supply with email confirmation when I first signed up. I made numerious calls during two days either in day time and night. No one answer the call. So I go back to check the webpage when I was first sign up trying to cancel the membership, there is fine print that the customer service phone number is different as shown in credit card bill and their email confirmation. But this phone number is in voice mail. I called within their service time, no one answers. So right now, I am most worried is the trial bottle i already took may have side effect. Share this information with consumers concerned. I called credit card company to freeze this ONLINE merchant. Beware of scam and the damage to your he

Diet Max refund

I cancelled my order for Diet Max on Oct 1st because I was billed $87.47 before I even received the product (plus over $9 in "cross-border fees") was told it would take 10-15 business days to get a refund. I called on (business) day 17 and was told the refund was still in process. I called again on Nov 1 (business) day 21 and was told the "system is down and cannot access my account". I called again on Nov 3 and was told the refund was not posted back to my account and the conplaint would be forwarded to upper management, "3-5 busines days for refund". Called on Nov 9 (business) day 26 - was told there would be an "immediate refund in 3-5 business days". Called Nov 15 (business) day 31, was told "no refund posted to account, flagged for immediate review by upper management - 3-5 business days" (AGAIN). Called Nov 22 (business) day 36 "flagged for immediate review by upper management - 3-5 business days". Also EVERYTIME I called they said "don't worry, it will be taken care of". Here I am almost 2 months since I cancelled and NO refund yet.

Since 8/5/2010 I have been dealing with the customer service representatives from this company to get a full refund on an order that was never received and not wanted. On 8/5/2010 I was assured by one rep that I would not be charged anything because I was cancelling within the trial period, this was after I was hung up on by 2 other reps. However to make sure I called this company again on 8/6/2010, still within the trial period, and was assured again that it was being cancelled and i would not be charged. This particullar rep(Gabby) said that she would send me an email that I must send back in order to cancel and not be charged. Within 15min I did not receive the email so I called back again and spoke with another rep(Angela) that did send me the email. So after I did this I assumed that it was cancelled. On 8/18/2010 I called to see when I would receive my refund, finally spoke with a supervisor(Sonya) who assured me that I would receive a full refund of $87.47. Checked my account did get a partial refund of $49.50. Called again to find out why I only recieved a partial refund, was told "Well you did not cancel until 8/9/2010 when the trial ended." After telling the rep "You're wrong" and insisting they review the records again they saw that I did cancel within the trial 8/6/2010, but still no one within this company would send me to whomever I needed to speak with concerning my full refund. In fact the last supervisor, someone named Sandra actually threatned to continue to charge my account even though it had been cancelled,

I went through a long, complicated process (by phone AND online with these people to cancel my account. I have not received any product from them, thank goodness! However, they took $89.83 from my Visa on Nov. 8 and $3.10 on Oct. 26. I need them to reverse these charges on my Visa. I have not received a REFUND.

I just got scammed myself a few weeks ago. I dont remember if I was told over the phone or while I was ordering that I would automatically be signed up for a subscription but that I had a 10-14 day period to cancel otherwise I would be charged. I called the very next day I received the pills to cancel and was told I didnt cancel within the specified time frame. I was pissed. I told the guy that I had just received the pills the day before and that I had a pending charge of 87.78 on my account. They were very apologetic and told me I should receive a refund within a few days. I checked my account a few days later and the pending charge had disappeared. A few days later after that, I checked my account again and the charge had gone through. I proceeded to call again and was told I would get my money back. It's been over a month and I still havent seen the charge reversed on my account and whenever I try calling the number that was in my confirmation e-mail I get a busy message. This is a total scam!

I ordered there product with my Visa, and on the 9th day - still hadn't received the product, got cold feet and called them to cancel within my 10 day period. First thing I noticed, the advertised phone numbers don't work. So I called Visa to ask them not to allow any further charges. Of course they can't stop any charges, but they did find me a phone number to get a hold of Dietmax. I called Dietmax and canceled my trial membership on the 9th day. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $87.13 US on day 10! So I called Visa back, they contacted Diet Max and I was told that even though I had canceled on day 9 it had not been posted till the end of day 10. Therefore I was charged and this wouldn't be refunded. I call this fraud, so with the help and great patience of Visa, we called Dietmax again, this time waiting to speak with a supervisor. While on hold for literally 40 minutes, I took the time to read the fine print in their terms and was able to speak with a supervisor and remind him that there terms of use promised a full refund with a cancellation within 10 days. The supervisor promised me a full refund of $87.13, complete with a verification reference number. However the slippery liars only refunded me $49.20 CDN. Who knows why?! When I called Visa back they just refunded me the difference - I suppose in hopes that I'd stop wasting their time - either way, very cool of Visa.
The point: Don't buy anything from the thugs at Diet Max!

I guess you suffer from some sort of internet attention deficit disorder. Maybe dietmax or one of the other products they sell might help you. I think you helped define a new type of disorder, people who have no life other than to the internet. I have a suggestion, maybe this will hurt but back away from the keyboard, stand up, go outside it may not be to late for you.

Diet Max unauthorized charges on account

I had ordered a trial bottle of Maximum Burn for $2.99 shipping on 10/15 and it was billed on 10-18. I was not suppose to have to pay the $1.49, but was also charged that. I was suppose to have 10 days to try the product. On 10/21 a pending charge to my account of $74.29. I called the company and they said they would remove it and appologized. I told them to cancel the trial bottle as I still had not received it and to not send anymore. I noticed on the 21st that the shipping charge was now on my account plus the $2.99 that was suppose to be waived as a special deal. When I called them on the 21st and said that I had not even received the trail bottle they said not to cancel until I actually received the merchandise. I recieved the bottle on 10/22/10 (Friday) and tried to call immediately to cancel. I tried calling all weekend and no answer. The $74.29 was taken out of my account on 10/22/10, before the 10 day trial period was up. I was on hold for 30 minutes each time I called. I decided to wait until Monday, today to call back. When I reached someone today, he said the trial period was over...which it wasn't because this was the 10th day, and that he would not credit my account for the $74.29. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor and at first he refused. When I insisted, he put me on hold and told me to wait for the supervisor. I was on hold again for over 20 minutes and then hung up and called back. Another person answered and when I told her what was going on she said the system was down and I would have to call back in 3 hours. This has happened twice now, with them saying the system was down. Both were foreign speaking people, maybe east Indian. I have talked to 3 different people from the company today with no result. Twice I called and they would pull up my name by phone number and then say the system was down and I would have to call back in 3 hrs. I looked up online and found many complaints about the same thing happening to other people with this company. It is really frustrating. I also made a complait with the Attorney General's Office in Florida and will make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I can't afford to lose the $74.29. Since i was not expecting the money to be taken out of my account, when it was, it overdrew our account and now we have to pay a fee for that too. Can you do anything to shut this company down. another number they have on the bottle is [protected] I turned it over to the FBI internet crime division, Florida Attorney General, and will contact the better business bureau. My bank is also checking on this for me. I would advise others to make the same complaint to the same places and maybe they will be shut down.

Diet Max is a rip off! Ordered free trial 16th phoned and tried to cancell 17th their website was having "technical problems" finally cancelled on the 18th...or so i thought! Was charged full amount on 27th so i called agin was on the phone with one agent for 25 mins and conviently got disconected. Called again went through the same hoops again 30 mins later was told it was my fault the cacellation form did not go through and the would only partially recredit me $49 when the product was returned. Im sure they are doing this on purpose and are knowingly ripping people off!

I ordered the diet product on 9/24/2010 via the internet. I was aware that they had a 10 day cancellation policy. On 9/29/2010 I checked the website for a cancelation option and was referred to [protected]. I called the 800 number and tried to converse with a person who had such bad English it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation, however, I explained that I wanted to cancel my account so that I would not have any $87.47 monthly charge to my credit card.

I was told that they would send me an email within the next 2-3 hours and I would have to respond to that in order to receive a refund.

Okay, not the end of the world to jump through another hurddle so at the end of approximately 3 hours I had not received any email so again I called the 800 number and told the person (who spoke even worse English) I had not received the email and that I wanted to cancel my order.

After much argueing I was finally told that my account was cancelled. So far so good, until on 10/5/2010 when a charge for 87.47 shows up on my credit card posted on 9/30/2010.

Now, I am really not a happy camper when I again call the 800 number and am told that it was past the 10 days and that I would not receive any refund. They would however cancel my account so that I would not receive anymore charges.

Ultimately I spoke with an alledged supervisor who started rambling on about their policy and it was clearly explained on both the website and when I called on the 29th that no refund would be issued.

I explained that I was calling to get the $87.47 charge removed from my credit card and that I had orginally called before the 10 day period had expired. The person basically said too bad and refused to do anything else. After I raised my voice and screamed at her she still refused to issue a refund stating the 10 day trial period had expired and there was nothing else she could.

I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told that she was the highest person I could speak with and that was it. She then asked if there was anything else she could do for me and I suggested she stick-it-where-the-sun-does-not-shine and terminated the phone call.

I ended up contacting my credit card company and explained that an unauthorized charge had been made on my credit card after I had cancelled my order and they are in the process of investigating the charge.

The bottom line is these people are in the business of suckering people in to try a "Free" trial diet product and then charging unauthorized charges on the credit card even after they have been told to cancel the account.

I also ordered a trial of 2 teeth-whitening products that a woman had claimed to have used with great results. The trial fees for both were charged to my card immediately and I received one of the products within a few days. A week and a half later, I noticed 2 charges on my bank statement that were approx $87 each! I did not realize at the time I signed up to receive the free trials that I was also agreeing to pay this amount each month unless I cancelled within a 10 day period. I assumed it was my own stupidity and I should've read the fine print. Sucked it up to a hard lesson learned. When I finally received the 2nd product (after the 10 day trial period & after they had charged my card), I called the companies for both products to cancel my account and avoid any further charges. Getting the correct telephone number was a job in itself. I found phone numbers online for the companies but they were different from the phone numbers that were listed beside the charges on my card and those numbers were different still from the numbers found on the paperwork sent in the packaging with the product. I don't even remember which number worked, because I had to try them all. When I finally did get a number that seemed to work, I was put on hold for a very long time and when I finally spoke with a rep, she had an indian accent that made it extremely difficult to understand. I had to ask her to repeat everything again and again. I did make the arguement that I couldn't call & and cancel the 2nd product because I did not have a phone number for the company until after the product was received...which was AFTER the 10 day trial period. I finally gave up on that fight and the rep assured me that no more charges would be incurred on my card. At that point, I assumed my ordeal was over. Not even close. The date I called to cancel my account was June 4, 2010 and the names of the products were Everbrite and Dazzlingwhite. On 9/17/10, my card was charged 9.76 which I somehow overlooked until the following month when on 10/18/10 I was charged another 9.76. Both charges showed as being from something called ProfitVault and the number provided on my statement for this company isn't even a full phone number! After my experience with DazzlingWhite and Everbrite, I have been extremely cautious as to what I click while on the internet and have not provided my information to any site whatsoever. So I'm asking myself what is this ProfitVault and how is it being charged when I know I didn't sign up for anything!? With plans to go out of town, I didn't have time to do the research involved and laid it on the back burner until after my vacation. So here I am, back from vacation and balancing my account when I notice that on 10/26/10 there was a charge in the amount of 1.49 from someone claiming to be Diet Max and with another incomplete phone number. I threw Diet Max into an internet search engine in an attempt to get a phone number to call and investigate the matter and I find all these complaints from various different people! As I read on and on, I'm learning that somehow, this Diet Max is affiliated with the Everbrite and DazzlingWhite scam and so is the ProfitVault charges I had from September and October! I immediately filled with rage and was on a mission to get to the bottom of this. I found a phone number for Diet Max and called it. I was on hold over 10 minutes before a woman with a heavy indian accent finally answered. I explained the situation to her and she said she was going to put me on hold while she pulled up my account. I was disconnected. Furious, I called the number a second time. After another 10 minutes on hold, I reached another woman with an indian accent. I made her give me her name and rep # which I had to have her repeat several times and even spell it because I couldn't understand her. I was speaking with Alex Rep #111. I once again explained my situation and Alex's explanation to me was that the 1.49 charge was a cancellation charge for DazzlingWhite! I told her I had cancelled that months ago (yes, June 4th she verified) and that when I cancelled, I was assured no more charges would show up on my statement. No one mentioned a cancellation charge! And not only that, but my statement says the charge is from Diet Max...not DazzlingWhite! This woman seemed to be reading from a script and just kept assuring me that it was a cancellation charge from DazzlingWhite and it can take several months to show up! She assured me that now there would be no more charges to my card. I asked to speak with a supervisor for confirmation of this. She didn't want to let me speak to one, but when I wouldn't back down, she finally agreed. I was put on hold for the next 25 minutes. Finally a supervisor got on the line. Steven, Employer ID # 972. He had an accent as well, but not nearly as severe and I could understand most of what he said to me. He told me there must have been a technical error that had occured during the billing process that caused this charge to show up as DietMax because it should have shown up as DazzlingWhite. When I asked what this charge was for his explanation was that it was a charge for using their website and not refundable. I told him that Alex had told me it was a cancellation charge! He said my account IS cancelled and that this fee came from using the website to order the products way back when. I told him I had read all these complaints and scam warnings on the internet about his company and that I didn't trust what he was telling me. I told him I wanted to know about the ProfitVault charges. He told me his company was not affiliated with ProfitVault in any way and said I'd have to call them to dispute the charges from them. But then he offered to give me their phone number! I asked him how he would know their number if he wasn't affiliated. He completely ignored my question and proceeded to give me the phone number and told me to call them. I called the number he gave me to contact ProfitVault and after being on hold for 45 minutes finally had to hang up to get other things done. Here's something interesting I noticed right away though...ProfitVault and Diet Max have the EXACT same hold music! Go figure. I will continue trying to get through to ProfitVault but I have a feeling it's going to get me nowhere. It seems from the complaints I've been reading the only way to be assured of an end to this scam is to cancel your bank account entirely. Not what I'm looking forward to! I feel stupid to have fallen for such a scam and pray someone puts a stop to it soon.

Diet Max charges people for a "trial", stating that you need to call in and cancel the trial before 10 days. The problem is, there was never an authorization to start a trial, and even if there was, Diet Max is charging people before the 10 days and refusing to cancel the charges. So again, Issue #1...Customers are NOT authroizing any charges for any type of trial. #2. Diet Max is claiming that the trial will not charge if you call and cancel before 10 days, yet customer credit cards are being charged BEFORE 10 days. So either way, what Diet max is doing is stealing!

I stupidly applied for a free trial of this product costing just p+p of £3.84 and as I received a bottle of pills thought nothing of it! I then realised after the fraud team at my bank contacted me that 2 amounts of nearly £60 a time had been withdrawn. The card used has now been cancelled, but I am worried that they may still keep sending me the goods as I can't contact them to cancel. Is there any way of getting my money back? They have also emailed me asking me to click on a link and receive $100 worth of free goods, which I haven't replied to! I just can't believe I have been so stupid, but their terms and conditions were hardly visible! PLEASE HELP ME!

This is the biggest scam there is! They double charged me for a FREE sample and then would only refund 1 charge. There is a International Transaction Fee 0.22 International Transaction Fee attached to each charge. Then when you think it's all taken care of with a refund and a conformation # it just gets worse. 2 months later I had a $9.76 with a 0.29 International Transaction Fee for something called Profit Vault! Since you ordered the DietMax it also enrolls you in Profit Vault. Then today I was charged ANOTHER $1.49 for using the website! If you have ordered this product you better close your bank account because they will just keep adding fees every couple of months. God only knows what else you are automaticly signed up for. Oh ya...Why a International Transaction Fee when the calls are made in the U.S.?

Diet Max Unauthorized charges on credit card

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.

I only purchased a 'FREE 2-WEEK TRIAL' for SHIPPING ONLY! $2.95.
I placed said order on Oct. 3, 2010. I recieved the package on Oct. 8, 2010. On Oct. 11, an UNAUTHORIZED charge in the amount of $87.47 appeared on my credit card account, and thankfully my card issuer called me questioning the validity of the charge...and had denied it. I then filed a complaint on the FBI website.
On Oct. 13th, the same company (DIET MAX) attempted to charge my credit card once again in the amount of $39.95, which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Once again I called my credit card company, and they blocked the charge. I have since had to close that credit card and open a new one with a new number.

I discovered too late that ACIA MAX CLEANSE, or DIET MAX another name they call themselves uses several "Fake News Sites” to promote their worthless products! These News Sites display reputable News Station logos and Anchor persons to convince gullable people like you and myself to purchase their useless products. But heres what really that pisses me off. They offer a 10 day trial period in which they intentionally delay getting to you so that you never get the chance to disover in time that their product is worthless. But even worst, I ordered the product on 10/18/10 in which I never recieved to this day, 11/20/10 and was charged the entire fee of $74.26 on
10/28/10. All together I paid $77.21 for a product I still have not recieved in over 30 days!
I phoned them on 11/2/10 and asked why I hadn't recieved my product, the man told me it was now being shipped and tried persistently to get me to commitment to auto pay and shipment of my next month's order, even though I had not recieved the initial trial sample or the 30 day supply they had charged me for! Can you believe this guy?!
I declined his offer numerous times before he finally gave up and told me he would give me a $20 discount for the delay in shipment. A $20 discount I am still waiting on as of 11/20/10. I will be calling my bank Monday morning on 11/22/10 to see if I can get the charges reversed. I hope I am successful in doing so.
My advice to anyone out there thinking about purchasing this product from DIET MAX or ACIA MAX CLEANSE, DON"T! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! And save yourself a lot of headache and wasted money!

Do not order the free trial. When you click on read terms and conditions, you are signing up for a yearly supply, which will cost you about 85.00 per mo. When you call the number to cancel they try to put you off. The number to cancel is 800.440.4397, ask for a supervisor. Hopefully you didn't use their product...I waited 20 minutes on the phone and the supervisor told me they would refund the 87.23, but a 45% re-stocking fee is assessed, so I got 49.00 back from the 87.23. I guess it was better than nothing, but what a scam this is. I'm also warning you, there are specific instructions given to you that you must follow to cancel your order. Also, ask for the address to return the product, it is not the same as on the shipping. Advice from one who got bit, don't fall for these scams via email. I was doing an experiment at school, and this cost me dearly.

I too have been ripped off by these people. They offered a no charge 30 day free trial of their product through the internet but I had to give them my credit card # for the "promotional coded reduced shipping". Within 15 minutes of using their web site (which was not listed as Diet Max, it was the Acia name) I got a call from a number out of New York [protected]) and they were calling to confirm I understood how to use the product. Of course the person that called spoke with such a strong accent I told them I couldnt understand them and they had to put someone else on the phone. Their accent wasn't much better. They then proceeded to tell me they would be charging my card for the first shipment and I told them that it said it was suppose to be free for 30 days and if it was not that I wanted the order cancelled. Guess what, that's right they charged it anyway! I found out the hard way when I tried to use my card today and it was rejected. My credit card company gave me the # that appeared on the charge [protected]) and it took me calling over and over and holding for more than ten minutes every time I was actually able to get someone to answer the phone to speak with anyone (Crystal, allegedly a customer service representative. She said she has no record that the order was cancelled and that it had been shipped to me on 2-8-11. I told her it was cancelled on the same day that it was placed and that I do not have the product and wanted instructions on how to secure a refund to my credit card. She said THEY DON"T DO REFUNDS. The office I was speaking to her in was located in Chicago (allegedly). She gave me a USPS tracking # and when I checked it, yep you guessed it, no such number. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company but it may or may not be accepted and I'm stuck with loosing money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THE INTERNET AGAIN!

Have been unable to contact the Diet Max 800 number that appears on my credit card to have them stop charging me for something I am not receiving. The credit card company can not assist me and will not return the charges that have appeared on my credit card. I have numbers times attempted to contact the 800 number that shows on the card billing statement and I only get a busy signal. I have since closed my credit card to at least stop any further charges on my card, but I would like to recollect my losses. This has got to be a scam and their hasn't been anyone or agency that can help. I ordered on line a one time samply of the acari berry diet pill and all hell has happen.

I ordered a trial size of Maximum Burn and did not order anymore of this product. I have tried to call the number [protected] that is listed on my online banking statement and cannot get an answer, says to call back. I was charged $2.95 cents on November 11th for shipping on the trial size and another $74.26 on November 12th on more product I didn't order and have not received any product either; which I don't want anyway.

I want my money refunded ASAP.

I ordered a trial of their product AcaiMax Cleanse. They never sent the trial and charged my credit card $93.12. I called them 5 times and they refused to refund my money while telling me they had resent the product which after 45 days I have yet to receive. I reported the fraud to my bank trying to help me get back the original amount. My bank is currently working on that. Today (10/25) I noticed that they had charged my account again for 93.12. They refuse continually stop cancel my account and stop charging my credit card. The one supervisor that I spoke to on one occasion that spoke understandable English was Steven Connor. When I call back they refuse to let me speak with him again. My reference (order no) number is 1804007.

I signed up for a 10 day free trial of the Acia Berry on 1st November, i received this free trial on 9th November. Since the 10 free trial ended the next day i tried to cancel before any monies were taken out of my account. No email was provided and the confirmation was from a "no reply" email. I tracked down the phone number for the company and called them to cancel, it took me a 15 minute call to the states (only number provided) only to receive an email to cancel, this i did, the 1st time i was unable to do this so i called the company back and was given the proper instructions to be able to submit the email. Since then i have had money taken out of my bank account by this company. I called them again on 19th November to be told that they had not received my email, this was another 15 minute call trying to sell me other goods, i was then sent another email to submit since they said they did not receive the 1st one. Since not receiving a confirmation email from the company i called again on 22nd November only to be told that it had been cancelled and i will not receive any monies taken from my account because i did not cancel before the billing date which was 9th November (10 day free trial did not end until 10th November).

When is a 10 day free trial not a 10 day free trial? When you sign up for Dietmax

Advice - Do not order from this company as they make it extremly difficult for you to cancel and it costs a fortune in calls from the UK to the states to do so not to mention they bill you before your free trial is even over, oh and not forgetting you don't receive your supposed free trial until the day you get billed for it.

Diet Max refusal of cancellation, promise of refund

Ordered product 06/08/10, called to cancel 06/15/10, definitely within the 10 day cancellation period. Charged again, called again to cancel on 08/23/10 and was even transferred to supervisor who sent me a cancellation email, asked me to complete and return. I would not let him off of the phone until he received the email, and he even provided a cancellation confirmation #. On 09/30/10, called again after receiving more product and another debit the day before. Agent stated that last supervisor did not handle properly and was again transferred to another supervisor who stated that she has personally cancelled my account. She stated "There would be no more product delivered and no more charges and my complaint was being sent higher up for the refund since my prior cancellation call was not handled properly". Imagine my surprise when I came home today, 10/18/10, to more product and a bank statement in the mail showing another debit. I am currently on-hold waiting for the next "supervisor" to take my call. How can thefts continue to get away with this?

Diet Max misrepresentation & unauthorised charges on credit card

I ordered a free trial bottle for shipping only on 10/01/10 I did not recieve it until 10/14/10, I had not even opened the bottle and received my credit bill with 3 charges on it from Diet Max. On 10/01/10 for 2.95,
on 10/03/10 for 1.49 and on 10/06/10 for 87.13. The last two were unauthorized withdrawl from my credit card all in a six day window. I called and cancelled my order I am returning the unopened bottle as soon as they send me my confirmation number, of course they gave me a run around about the 10 day period, I explained I have not had the product for 10 days and she did not care, she said it is from the order date, which is totally illegal, you cannot try something you do not have, total misrepresentation plus they hit your credit card hard before you know they have done so. Now they are trying to tell me it will cost $45.00
for a restocking fee which is a joke it says Nothing about this when you order from them. Please do not order from them, this is a Scam to get access to your credit card ! If you return it get a confirmation number and send the the package back so they have to sign to get it.
I still have all my emails, and my credit charges for proof of misrepresentation and illegal charges that were unauthorized by me before the 10 day window...
I was advised to never order anything free for shipping only, that this is a scam .

I totally agree with you, this is a very UNFAIR practice and they should be Fined a stiff fine, this is the same as Theft, and have to make restitution to everyone they have tricked into buying there product. They Lie, you can cancel your transactions on line and they were supposed to send me a confirmation number in my email but somehow that never happened, I returned the product to them unopened they have to sign for it guess what I have received nothing, people like this are hurting legitimate people online. I will never order anything like this again. If it sounds like a super deal RUN !

The same thing has happened to me in Sydney - same three charges - a free trial ordered Oct 12 for P&H $2.95 now have charges of $2.95, $1.49 and $87.13 appearing on Credit Card.

I have also tried to contact this Company but there is no telephone number currently connected in Australia even though the confirmation e-mail lists a number to call in Australia.

I have cancelled my Credit Card so no more charges can be made to and would like the CA class action to broaden its scope to take in every person who has been duped by the Company.

Diet Max Unauthorized Charges

My card was charged $86.47 by Diet Max which was NOT authorized by me. I called them and spoke to 2 women (1 a supervisor-ya right). I told them I never ordered their diet pills. They asked for the number that was logged on my account. I gave it to both of these women. Their records came back with a different name than mine, different address AND different phone number. I told them over and over again, that I never authorized, ordered, received nor need these diet pills. They said for me to return the unused pills and my account would be refunded $49.95. I almost yelled that I did not receive any, so how could I return them. After speaking to the "supervisor", she blatantly hung up on me. I am at my wits end, not knowing what to do next. $87.47 is still $87.47.

This is the 2nd time in a row it has happened. I have not authorized any payments, and i am not receiving anything for the payments. This is horribly wrong.

Two charges appeared on my charge card that were not authorized by me or anyone in my household as I am the only one with my charge card number. I called the number listed after the charges on my charge card statement and got a big run around. They would not give me any information when I asked and the charges were made on a day when I was out of town for the day. When questioned, they kept telling me that they could not pull up my account information! Well, hello, maybe because I don't have an account with them. They then got very defensive and started to argue with me. They even claimed they could not pull up even the last four digits of the charge card that they just charged! Another scam to watch out for out there! I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and close my account.

I received a bottle of Pure Cleanse in the mail. When I researched into who sent it I discovered that somehow somebody got ahold of my bank debit card info. With further research I discovered that Diet Max had taken out $89.92. I disputed these fraudulant charges. I do not know how they got a hold of my credit card info. They took my name, address, and made an email address. I never signed up for a trial offer. I have never heard of these brands before. I attempted to call Diet Max and the representative asked me to call back at 7:00. That is the time they close. When I refused to get off the phone she tried to con me into the product and told me I could not cancel the order or I would lose my rebate. I have reported this to my bank and they are doing an investigation. I will also be reporting this to the BBB and the Attorney General. Does anybody know how they got my credit card info and address?

We called Diet Max and got the same result as most of you did. We called our bank and canceled our Debit Card to stop charges. You need to convince your bank to refund unauthorized transactions. Then you need to change your Debit number. One more thing save all your proof and contact the HONG KONG COMMISIONER OF POLICE AND CREATE AND INVESTIGATION WITH DIET MAX. Diet Max fraudulent charges & information selling

Unauthorized charges to my visa statement in the amounts of $1.49 and $5.02 for, according to them, the ability to buy from them in the future. In addition, they sold my information to another company called ProfitVault (or this is another of their companies as the phone numbers go to the same place ([protected] and [protected])) which then made an unauthorized charge to my visa statement in the amount of $9.76 for some subscription that I did not know anything about and did not order.

DIET MAX is a fraudulent company. They charge you $1.49 and $1.95 for a trial supply of some diet aids. Not disclosed is that you are signing up for a subscription for $87.47 charged to the same credit card exactly 10 days later. When you call to stop the charges you reach someone who speaks very bad English and they tell you that you signed up for a subscription and did not cancel within the 10 "grace period". I did not see anything on the web page about a subscription. I contacted my bank and the Georgia Attorney General so this company is being observed.

Diet Max Fraudulent Company

This company offered a free trial for shipping charges only of $3.87 which I agreed to pay when I ordered online. A charge of $1.89 was also charged to my card which I knew nothing about until I saw it on my credit card statement. After receiving the product 14 days later, and tried it discovered it DOES NOT WORK, go figure. Now one month later a charge for $87.47 has been charged to my credit card. After calling and complaining I have been told I am outside my 10 day free trial time and am not eligible for a refund. The "10 day trial" started on the day of ordering, not the day of receiving the product. After waiting for a supervisor for 25 minutes I was "accidentally" hung up on. This company is a SCAM, they are committing FRAUD on the internet and misrepresenting there product trial.

Here in the UK, I have also had problems with Diet Max. On 28 September, I sent off for a free sample, which never arrived. I was subsequently charged £56.77 in October and £49.06 in November.
I checked the Max Diet website as I could not remember having authorised these payments and found this complaints page.
I immediately telephoned my bank and they have put a block on any future payments but I have still lost over £100.00.
I have reported the company to Crimestoppers in the UK but that will not get my money back. I have also emailed the company to ask for my money to be returned but having read the previous complaints, do not expect that I will have much success.
