I cut Damian Kutzner from Serious Pimp sunglasses a check for $15, 000 for 1, 200 pair of sunglasses. He indicated that I needed to prepay him on the first order and then we could work out terms on the second order. So I gave him the check for $15, 000, and my sunglasses did not arrive within two days like he had promised they would. When I called him he indicated that they would be received within two days after the check clears. I called my bank and they told me that my check had already cleared. I called back Damian and he told me that it has to "fully clear" the bank system on first orders which takes 15 days.
Following the fifteen day period I called Damian and asked him to ship the glasses. He told me that he already did, and that I should be receiving them tomorrow. I called him back late the next day and he did not pick up. I called him back several times the next couple of days and when I got finally got a hold of him - he told me that he felt so bad about the 15 day hold that he hand delivered them on the 15th day himself, and said, "Remember?"
This guy (Damian Kutzner) is a SERIOUS CROOK. As already annotated on another complaint on this site - DO NOT PREPAY DAMIAN KUTZNER or SERIOUS PIMP FOR ANYTHING. HE/THEY IS/ARE SERIAL CRIMINAL(S)! THE ONLY THING SERIOUS ABOUT SERIOUS PIMP IS THAT THEY ARE A SERIOUS RIPOFF! Following getting ripped off by DAMIAN KUTZNER - SERIOUS PIMP. I did my research! Damian is being investigated by the FBI for ripping off nearly everybody he has been in contact with for a VERY VERY LONG TIME. If you have been ripped off by Damian Kutzner or Serious Pimp you may call the FBI at [protected], or you can call the Newport Police detective handling the case against him at [protected]. The more information the better in bringing this criminal to justice.
Whatever you do do not conduct any "business" whatsoever with DAMIAN KUTZNER, or SERIOUS PIMP. HE, they, WILL RIP YOU OFF, AND HE, they, WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

There is a reason why Damian Kutzner is doing 5 years in Federal Prison. He's a crook, liar, and now a felon.
Totally agree, Damian Kutzner and his cronies are nothing but crooks, hands down. He deserves the $18 million judgement against him brought forth as part of the FBI/FCC/FTC and other regulatory bodies. Finally, some justice has been done, however I believe he needs to be imprisoned not just fined.
John is right... Damian Kutzner will rip you off for anything you have. He is a scam artist and a liar and extremely tricky. My recommendation to you is to never do business with him and make sure anyone you know knows what kind of man he is before they think of doing any business with him. He was involved in a huge scam with Brookstone Law and when he was asked to leave, he even got caught stealing from the building. Damian will run over anyone in order to get what he wants and keep his name looking good. Think twice before doing business with him... Think twice before even speaking with him.. Nothing coming from his mouth is true.
Should be called Serious Tool sunglasses because only a Serious Tool would where those things.
