CVS - all of the new ladies that work in the pharmacy.

The reason that I like CVS is because I have always had such great customer service with everyone there. They have all gone above and beyond to give me the best prices checking all the good RX and just going above and beyond. Lately they have hired some less than par pharmacy techs and even possibly the pharmacist who don't give a damn if you get the lowest price on anything and they don't even try to research a lower price for you even when you ask them to. For example I picked up a prescription to three days ago. I actually had a text message from good RX with a new coat on there that I wanted them to try because one of my medications was $10 more than the last time I picked it up and then I got a phone call. The black lady with the neon aqua Drance a shirred me that I was getting the best deal I could and because I couldn't pay attention to her due to the fact that I was on the phone with a work related matter, I didn't realize till after I left that not only did she not give me a receipt so that I wouldn't know but she charge me exactly what it was going to be originally and never even checked that new good RX code to save me any money. Every time I go in there it is worse and worse. It is very out of my character to complain on anyone but the difference in that store on can't buoy in Las Vegas Trail now compared to six months ago it's like night and day. They are rude their unhelpful and completely unprofessional. I dread it so much now that I probably will be looking for a new pharmacy to go to. It is seriously that bad.

CVS - prescription refill request

Hi, I need my prescriptions filled asap I am currently on specialty pharmacy care and I have to have my antibiottics asap I have been summited heavily and I need accuracy in the name brand medicines that I require and my medicnes cant be subistuted with childrens dose .I need my issue improved asap .Mrs Treasea my pharmacy tech has messed up with us every time since I came back to Cvs and I need better service. I don't have the patience that I used to have and I need her out of my service.

I agree with you. Pharmacy's are getting out of control and they are Hiding behind their license's to not re-fill you for any reason they wish. I've been with one pharmacy for 61/2 yrs. close to my home and then one day drop off my scripts to be filled as usual they hand me my scripts back and they told me they are out of them., their supplier has been shorting them. THAT'S B.S. Especially the meds I'm on. for a broken leg with 2 titanium plates & 20+ screws holding my leg together along with needing a new knee on top of other issues they the pharmacy can treat you like that is Insane. So I feel your pain Connie.
Good luck and I had the same issue with pharmacy's bad attitudes and the run around/.
I wish they all would change.

CVS - specialty care plan b

I need to file a complaint I am having problems receiving my vexes immunizations medicines and I need them to improve the issue and when they mess up my orders they don't want to correct the issue and leaves me with dangerous narcotics that I don't have any use for .
