Creative Tax Solutions

My husband hired Creative Tax Solutions last year to make a better payment plan with the IRS. The original consultant Mike told my husband that he could arrange with the IRS a plan where he makes no payments and the taxes are deleted in 4 years. My husband and his ex took out his 401k 5 years ago when they were in the process of divorcing and it left him withh a large payment plan to pay back the back taxes. Creative Tax Solutions promised that he could stop paying them and they would discharge everything. Months later my husband is now paying them over 100 dollars more a month than he was before hiring Creative Tax.
The only thing creative about Creative Tax Solutions is how they lie about saving money and charging clients thousands of dollars for a worse plan than when we set up payments with the IRS ourselves.
