I have made my payments on time for 2 years. This past November I asked for my payment to be deferred due to spending $800 on car repairs. They did not believe and made me send in the receipt and give them a postdated check for December payment. I gave them both. Ten days later they start calling me at work and leaving messages about paying my December payment. When I returned the call, they hung up on me. They have called my office everyday since and everytime I answer, they hang up. Everytime I call them, they hang up. I have had several new cars and NEVER dealt with such and will never deal again. I can't wait to pay this car off. I also will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
