Thanks to CASA's failure to hold up their end of the retainer agreement, I am now going to lose my home.
Since CASA failed to send in my paperwork in a timely manner, you can see documented why my modification was denied. That, paired with the email from Casa informing me that I was in modification on October 13, and to IGNORE communication from my lender when I could still have gotten my documents in on time, caused my package to not get to the lender within 37 days before the Sheriff Sale was scheduled. When Candace told me she spoke to my lender and that I should ignore their communication because I was in modification, it was was an out right lie, and will be my evidence to bring suit against CASA.
You stalled me and took my money for over seven months, and rest assured I will not stop until I have filed formal complaints, as well reported this nightmare CASA has caused, anywhere and everywhere I can report possibly report CASA's predatory tactics, destructive tactics. I will tell nothing but material facts and there are plenty.
You could however choose to do the right thing since you did not hold up your end of the bargain, and you could refund me my $4000 which would surely help me in relocating since you basically took my money and lost my house for me.
There is documented evidence that you never spoke to my lender and you never even had authorization to do so. You have no legal leg to stand on in court so why not just please refund me before your reputation is harmed by everyone knowing the truth of what you did to me.
The reason I lost my home is because I trusted CASA to do what it promised: Turn in my documents in a timely manner. And you failed in that regard miserably.
