The workout facility itself is not the issue at the Conroe Family YMCA inConroe, Texas. Its the horrible childcare establishment. The employees are very rude and do not attend to the kids well enough. They do not clean the toys and there are thousands of germs going into little babies mouths due to this. They have a check in system where you just simply have to remember who the child came in with by face. The young toddlers eat snacks in eating chairs that are NEVER washed and on the other side which is for older kids, there is not much productive activities for them to participate in. There is no coordination there whatsoever and it has no order in any way. Not to mention the incredibly rude Childcare Director Edna Kennedy who is a very viscous woman who does not take complaints seriously, and does NOTHING about them. This childcare center should be investigated and shut down. I would NEVER EVER bring my child to this place in my life.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Someone should call The Texas department Of Protective and Regulatory Services in Conroe to investigate this problem. They are located on frazier next to the Dollar general store.
