Ordered 2 itentical bracelets. They shipped 2 entirely different bracelets to me. Refused to correct the problem. State they shipped the correct items. They had be submit pictures of what they sent and still refuse to exchange the items. They said I have to keep these bracelets. They do respond to my emails, but refuse to correct the problem. They even state that if I send these back for exchange, they probably won't receive them (or will deny receiving them). Very frustrating!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They are canceling my first order because they posted the wrong price on an item!
