Hello everyone, It's a fraudulent company. Never pays your refund back. Never lose 5000 $ and suffer like me. Uscis should take action. I've invoice with me. I paid 5000 $ in the month of February 2014 and promised my refund in the month of February 2015 as my case is not selected in the lottery. Hr department is even worse they all handle aggressively and people in refund department change there names and cheat us.

I had also struggled same like each one of you to get money back, and then realize Clinron didn't collected money to return. Need to act different way, so I filled online complaint BBB Chicago and Attorney General Chicago, Attorney general already have helped numbers of people to get money back and they have also blocked Clinron from filling new H1B until 9/20/2018. Dear All, I have also gone through this issue and struggled for more than a year to get the money back. Please file the complaint with Illinois Attorney General. It is easy and the most cost effective option. They charge only like $45 as i remember. This company needs to be exposed.
They sent us an email saying that money will be transferred in 3 days to our bank account and it has been more than 5 days and there is no money at all. They also changed their address in the website to NY and mark it as permanently Closed. We can all get together to make a case against them regarding the fraud that they are running in the name of H-1B and harassing people with their money. We have enough proof against them by now. If anyone can share the Attorney Contact who has already dealt with them will be really helpful.

Can you provide me contact details of attorney? I am also trying to get my refund, filed claim in court and got default judgement but still I need collect whole refund from Clinron.
They gave me an post dated check before three months and check got bounced and no answer from them. I gave $6000 and waiting from 2014. Can you anyone please guide how to get the money back from clinron.
Please file an online complaint to both IL and Chicago consumer affairs department. It is easy to file complaint. Some people are struggling from over 2 years to get their money back. Don't waste your time and energy in calling Clinron. The sooner you file the better -

I got my money last month after 1 year of struggle. As you said, they will treat us bad every time we call. You will talk with different person every time and after a month they will go for vacation. Only way to get money form them is through Attorney. Dont waste your time just by calling them. Your health may get affected if you talk with them

We are also in same situation, now through this complaint board we made a group of 5 just to file complaint against Clinron, we have filed a complaint in consumer court (Illionois) and now we are planning to hire attorney to sue them.
