Clicks Westgate Mall review: electrical appliances

I bought a kettle in September an tried to take it in due to it leaking. Took it to Westgate mall clicks an they refuse to take it back and said it was fisically damaged. The kettle stands on one place an it never fell. I only have the kettle for approximately 4 to 5 months. I'm very upset in the service I received from this branch. Because if I buy a electric appliance from shoprite an its faulty they change it for me.
