Clear Point Direct / Terrible customer service!

I ordered from this website and my credit card was immediately charged. However, I never received a confirmation email as their site indicates would be sent. They did not respond to my email asking about my order which I sent 10 days after ordering. Customer service was reached by phone and indicated that the items were on back order and would be shipped in another week or so and would take 10 to 15 days beyond that to arrive or up to six weeks after placing the order.

I received no email stating that the items were on backorder although their website states that customers will be notified. Will I get the items or are they just stringing me along? This will be the last time I order from them either way.
