Hi, i was scammed as well.Got message across my PC to say my Anti Virus was out of date. Like most people it looked real and i paid $69.95 US.

It immediately crashed my PC. Now have to pay someone to come and repair. Have opened up a Visa dispute with my Bank in the hope of getting money back. Why can nobody shut these people down.
Beware, they call themselves CHRPAY.COM/EUROSOFT.
No phone number or website to contact anyone.

Hi,
It looks like i have been lucky this time. I complained to my bank about this CHRPAY.COM/EUROSOFT and money was refunded into my account today by CHRPAY. Looks like the complaint to bank is the way to go people.

Good luck to all the others who have been scammed.

Unfortunately, my company is also called Eurosoft and recently we have begun to receive phone calls from individuals who have had a similar experience to the one described above. In some cases, they were given our telephone number by their bank or credit card company after they called to complain about the charges on their accounts.

Please be aware: Eurosoft, Inc. in Cary, NC, is NOT in any way, associated with this scam or the company perpetrating it. We do not receive any payments to our accounts as a result of the charges incurred by the victims of this scam nor are we responsible for the software or viruses that were installed on your computers.

If your bank or CC company gives you our number: 919 -468 - XXXX, please inform them that they should try a little harder than a simple Google search. We can not help you uninstall the virus/software or help you recover your payment.

We regret that you have become the victim of online fraud and we wish you the best of luck in recovering your money and restoring you computer's functionality.

Hi,
Exactly the same thing happend to me too and I also complained to my bank. So it actually worked when you complained to the bank? What did you say to them, I mean there is no contact information. I´m just curios so I know what I can do.
