[Resolved] Chaplin Bond / advertising fee stolen
This company stole my money from my account I gave what was agreed a cheque to pay for adverts in 3 months .
I stupidly didn't put a date on it and they have cashed it straight away.
The contract states 3 months by bank won't refund and neither will James at Chaplin .
I'd never recommend this Company
Can anyone recommend what to do? How

Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

Dear Whom It May Concern. This statement is very worrying as we have never had this complaint and if the comment is true PLEASE contact us as we would never take money for advertising without permission. What is worrying about this complaint is you have never contacted us about it. And if you contacted the bank they would refund it immediately, we have NEVER banked a cheque on a incorrect time without a date given. We have checked our records and have not taken a cheque 3 months early or ever banked a cheque early. We do give this option but it has not been taken up by any customer in the last 2 years. You asked if anyone can help, ABSOLUTELY we will help by refunding it. We are a professional company and wouldn't take a cheque that's not dated as we have legally binding contracts that is always dated. We will contact a solicitor on this matter, all you have to do is contact us. WE HAVE HAD SO MANY FAKE COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED OFFICE BASE ABOUT ANYTHING LIKE THIS. we have had clarification of Lloyds Bank this comment is incorrect and in fact we strongly believe we know which competitor put this post up, which we knew all along to be a lie. Many Thanks Chaplin Bond
