Camping World

We Left our Prowler 2007 trailer with the Camping World located at 1600 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015 on December 11, 2015. The work order was for $2226 worth of repairs and a replacement awning. Since we were leaving it for an extended period of time to have the work done, we asked if it would be safe on their lot. They affirmed it would. The trailer was there longer than necessary because Camping World ordered the wrong awning and it had to be redone. On January 22, 2016 our trailer was stolen off the lot. The Camping World associate said they noticed it gone at 6:30 am, but did not call the police until 4:00 p.m. that day! Our trailer was fully stocked and ready to leave for a trip we had scheduled. After 5 weeks of not hearing from Camping World we called on the claim to find out...Camping World takes NO responsibility. The negligence of Camping World to protect our trailer is incomprehensible.
