It's just not possible to contact a CSR and they are reluctant to respond promptly to emails although they did admit (by email) that they had some tech issues and were sorry for the inconvenience. Since then, I have not heard back from them.
I purchased two Esso Gift Card for $200 with a value of $234 on June 23, 2017 and another two cards on October 20, 2017. Nothing received so far and I've since provided proof of purchase and my email account.

Me too, I purchased 2 of the Esso gas gift bundle and paid $200 on December 1st, 2017, never receive them.
SEnt 4 emails to their support@buytopia.ca, no reply at all!
I feel like being scammed!
