Another person who ia afraid to show his/her face in the light of day! Why are they afraid to show their faces? That's right, because these individuals are trying to feed the readers of Complaints Board misinformation about Business Recovery Services and Brian Hessler. As always, IBusiness Recovery Services and Brian hessler will never hide because we do not need to hide, as we are doing the right thing.
I presume that this writer either works for or runs one of these fraudulent home-based busiensses because, if he/she were a client, then chances are that he/she would be smiling about their refund from at least one of the garbage home-based businesses.
As for your posted links, nice try! These decisions were overturned in the State of Arizona appelate court, and you know that. Unfortunately, these links are a product of an overzealous and underinformed prosecutor who tried to have it in for me.
This isn't too different from today, as many of the government and consumer protection agencies who are paid to protect you from these unscrupulous business opportunities have attempted to fight the efforts of Business Recovery Services, including a lawsuit filed by the United States Government. For your information, the U.S. government lost, too.

I also hired these idiots but I GOT MY MONEY BACK! I was originally scammed by Global Fortune Network AZ for $8, 500 and was told that this was the only money I would have to pay. After doing some research 3 months into the supposed program I came across complaintsboard and found "businessrecoveryservices.net". I bought the do it yourself recovery kit which was a waste of time, not to mention it cost me an additional $1, 200.00. Everything included in the kit is free information available online which i followed and have yet to hear anything back. FRUSTRATED I got in contact with my lawyer who referred me to a company who got me my money back within about 2 months after them taking my case. The company did NOT charge me any upfront fees and did what they promised “FIAD Services” out of Pompano Beach FL their website is “fiadcs.com” the guy I worked with was Luke Daniels email “ldaniels@fiadservices.com” or phone [protected] ext. 222 all in all they were great gentleman/company to work with he was sometimes hard to get a hold of but he did what he promised nice to know there are still some honest people out there. They also added me to a list they are putting together to file a class action lawsuit against Global Fortune Network, Phoenix, Arizona. THANK YOU! -Terri & George H

I was contacted by this guy and his group. What a crackpot! He is so slimy. After speaking to him I felt like I needed to take a shower or get a tetnus shot or see a priest! Don't do business with this guy. Do your research on him first.
