Buffalo Wild Wings - Food/management

I dined in on May 25th from 5:10 pm til 6:35, first off I noticed that my server took 15 minutes to get to me neither was he attending any other patrons that would occupy his time. Secondly, when the food arrived everything was hard (overcooked). I was seated close to a server's station and noticed a manager on the kiosk, I informed her that I would like to speak with her when she's done, She replied 'ok, when I'm done with this refund.' After she finished she walked off and I waited another 15 minutes for her return, but she didn't. I then asked my server could he get the manager for me, he asked "which one?" I didn't know there were multiple so I told him anyone but the one that I've spoken to earlier (because he was present when I asked to speak to her). She then emerged from the back (seemingly with an attitude), with a male manager in tow, I quickly informed her that I would rather address the other manager because she wasn't concerned with my issue or comment earlier. She abruptly turned around yelling while the male manager delt with my concerns. I wasn't seeking any refund or discount, but after that experience (with the unprofessional female manager), the male manager offered me 25% off my meal and I obliged.

Desired outcome: More public relations training for managers

Buffalo Wild Wings - management and staff

On Thursday, February 12, 2010, I went to BWW to place an order for my co-worker and myself. When I got there it was pretty quiet for a Thursday, so I expected to be in and out in 15 minutes. WRONG! The cashier was RUDE! She was text while my order. It took 25 minutes to get my order. The noticed the manager and workers in the back horse playing and not making the order. Other guests coming in to the restaurant were noticing this also. One lady came in with her incorrect order and asked to have it corrected. The cashier stormed into the back, almost pouting, stating “I ain’t got time for this!” which instantly upset the customer, who then stated “I would like to speak to your manager!” The manager came out with my order, hastily handed it to me and dealt with the guest. I couldn’t stay to see how that turned out because I was already over my scheduled break (15 minutes pay docked). When I returned to work, my co-worker and I were upset because neither of us had time to eat our meal. I decided to call the restaurant to get a number for a customer service survey or complaint line. The lady who answered the phone placed me on hold for 5-7 minutes then the line went dead. I called back and after 8-10 rings requested to speak with the manager. I asked for the Asian-American man, because I did not have his name, but that was the only way I could identify him. There were two managers there, I wanted to speak to the manager I received my food from. Not two minutes later he answered the phone SCREAMING that he was offended that I would call him Asian-American. I tried to tell him that I did not mean to offend him, but he was so loud and unprofessional that he could not even hear me. I would say something then he would yell over me. I asked him who do I speak to for issuing complaints and he said “I don’t like being offended! You come up here and say it to my face!” I asked him why he was so upset and he said, “You haven’t seen upset!” He kept ranting on about how I was banned for life from the location when he didn’t know who I was! He kept trying to upset me instead of calmly and professionally satisfy my simple request. The call lasted about 8 minutes and should have lasted about 45 seconds.

I have been to this establishment plenty of times and have never been treated this badly. I was with a party of four, one being female. Once our waitress approached our table she checked our id's. Upon looking at the female guest's ID she literally threw it in her face walked off, and without consulting a manager sent a different waitress. We were all very confused; none of us recognized the waitress so we didn’t understand the problem. But original waitress wasted no time coming back to our table and, told the female guest "I f*@#caking hate you and you know why [censored]. I proceeded to look for the manager, as he came back to the table, the same waitress approached, and again, told the female guest that she was a [censored] and she hated her. The manager did nothing other than say he would buy us another round of beer; we didn’t want it by this time. After a while the manager approached our table and proceeded to inform us that maybe we should behave a little different so as not to irritate this young lady. We never instigating anything while there, nor did we behave in any inappropriate manner. I did speak to Ken Tayler but doubt I will be hearing back from him. As I was leaving I asked another waitress by the name of Shannon Steelman to borrow a pin for a minute, she handed it to me and as I wrote the waitress "Emily's name down that cussed at our table she took the pen from me and said "I don’t give a [censor] what you need this pin for". This is absolutely poor behavior! This BWW is located in Moore Oklahoma, and too add to insult and humiliation, the manager acted as if it was not that big of a deal. I would appreciate some feedback at: navjunior@yahoo.com
