Use a more honest, useful, helpful and service-oriented website, even if it costs more. Because Boombah is the worst place for buying anything. They don't stand behind their customers and don't try their best to make them happy if something goes wrong. Saying this as a runner of a small company. Honestly, even not having big opportunities it's possible to do everything to satisfy your customers and make them want to return.
Boombah is the biggest exclusion. They don't look for compromise, don't offer alternatives and are not worried about anything but your money.

No customer services and they have problems with the sizes
I had problems with the company www.boombah.com. I ordered two pairs sneakers and before I bought them, I have checked the sizes. I really didn’t get it, but somehow they have different sizes and my sneakers were too large for me. But it was my usual size. I tried to contact someone from the customer services, but all my efforts were useless. No one replied to my emails and messages. Be careful with this company!
Poor shipping practices and cavelier customer service attitude
Terrible customer service and major issues with shipping and deliveries. I placed an order on 2/5/12 and just found out that I will not receive it until 2/22/12! They did not even think to overnight the order when they realized they had made a huge mistake. They refunded the $7.50 shipping fees for a product which is now useless to me. I even filed a compliant with the Chicago BBB. The Boombah rep had the nerve to report to the BBB that I seemed "pleased with their offer...". Absolutely NOT true. Do yourself a favor and stay with the big boys who know how to communicate with customers (I.e., Dicks or Sports Authority).
My husband purchased cleats last spring (2013). He only wore them for part of a season last year because he tore a ligament midseason, and a few game this year. The whole bottom of the shoe is falling off and they refuse to do anything for him. Customers are paying over $100 for cleats, and they won't stand behind their product. I could understand if they were overused or a few years old, but they are practically brand new cleats. I'm sure that their products are generally good, but when there are obvious manufacturing flaws like this, they should really take responsibility and fix it.
