BOLT Restoration is scamming you!!
BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH BOLT- READ- VERY IMPORTANT. I am writing this to warn St.Louis area homeowners about a company who appears to be "built on loyalty and trust" but in reality is "built on fabrications and false trust". First things first.. Jon Paramore promised the world to a company based out of Iowa. He came in as a highly recruited, undercover snake. He came across as a Christian, honest hard working manager. He promised to build the company into a 50M a year outfit. He was reasonable in the first few months (he was a snake) once jobs came pouring in... He opened an alias business account under the same name so he could cash insurance checks. He has all of his "followers" come with him from the last company he scammed. Olneya construction out of Missouri. He made sure his accounting people handled all the money flow. Once he felt like he had control of the office "hitler" or "Jon parasite" started to fire loyal workers who fought hard to build the honest roofing brand (based in iowa, a company ill leave out) he continued to manipulate and steal from the company. The owner who was trusting and smart realized he was being taken advantage of filed a comlplaint and hired lawyers. Jon writer a letter of resignation left the company with over 250k of stolen money. Now he is taking advantage of a new company "bolt restoration" beware of doing business with this snake. Let this be a warning to all

I have to laugh at the comment from the "customer" above. "This is obviously a disgruntled employee..." blah blah blah. Oh Jon. You see how things follow you? That's not even a believable fake comment.
You can't just lie, cheat, steal, and continue to lie and expect it not to come back and bite you in the behind. I worked with Jon for a short period of time and he is the most thieving, manipulative, disgusting person I've ever met. The way he runs this new company BOLT is absolutely horrible. Lying about how long you're in business...really? You're an idiot. I feel bad for that Katie girl you have drug around to every company you work at. Good luck finding work after Jon's most recent scam of a company goes under, honey.
DON'T USE BOLT RESTORATION! DON'T SUPPORT CROOKS!
This is obviously a disgruntled employee. BOLT Restoration went bat for me and my family and got my roof, siding and gutters replaced by my insurance company. They were very professional, did what they said they were going to do, performed quality work, and cleaned up after the work was complete.
My question is if BOLT is such a scam why didn't they scam me? Why didn't they scam my other neighbors? Why do they have an A+ rating on the BBB. People need to grow up and stop hiding behind the internet.
I would use them again and I would refer them to my friends and neighbors.

This is true I've seen him get over on people first hand. Just case net Jon Paramore and see for yourself!
Jon is con man and complete ###, and the same goes for his sidekick Katy who has been with him at 3 companies.
He cheats his employees, his suppliers, the homeowners and even cheats on his taxes. His time is short, he just doesn't know it yet.
He has done this more than once, from Huston to the Midwest. Leaving nothing but a trail of problems along the paths he travels.
