Birdtoys.com THIEF!!!

THIEF SUCCESFULLY TRIED THIS WITH OTHERS!

Here is part of the letter I wrote to him which explains all:
I placed an order on 2/2/12 which was invoice number 3251. After a month, I called to find out that my order of perches and kaleidoscope toy had not been sent due to the fact that the kaleidoscope toy was discontinued. It now shows on your web site that it was discontinued, but shows that it was sent. It was not sent to me.

My perches were finally sent. You promised me over the phone that you would refund my money for the kaleidoscope toy (that you yourself said was discontinued) which was 42.54 plus tax back through Paypal. I have emailed you many times after this phone conversation because you have not done this.

Birdtoys.com Doesn't send order, tries to keep money

The owner (Kevin D. Allen) owns this site and right now he has several
complaints against him for not shipping his items. I am one of those people. I
ordered an Aviator Bird Harness May 26, 2010, it's now June 7th and my order
still shows "Processing" and I cannot change or cancel it. There is no contact
information on his website, he has bogus phone numbers listed through PayPal, he
doesn't answer emails, I've filed a complaint with PayPal and they are the ones
that told me he has several complaints in the last few weeks. He has until June
12, 2010 to answer to PayPal but he won't...he'll wait until that expires,
PayPal will give me my money back, and they'll go after him. There's a woman
who's sister ordered a bunch of stuff a few weeks ago and she posted on his
Facebook page about him scamming her. He had a "Reviews" tab on his FB page
also. I went to that and there were about 6 or 8 complaints for the same thing.
I followed suit, and within minutes all of our posts were deleted...and then he
deleted his "Reviews" section all together. Then I found out that he also owns
the Birdboard.com site. He's blamed me for trashing him but it wasn't me
(although I would have had I known it was his site). Turns out, the woman who
posted about him scamming her sister wrote on that site as well as a few others.
All of a sudden, their all GONE! He's trying to cover it all up. I know this
because he joined a Forum that I belong to and has been accusing me of being
"Abusive" to him and that he was going to file papers against me. I informed
him that nothing is abusive or slandering unless it's a lie. Then what does he
do...sends me a message on Facebook saying he would like my phone number to
"Expedite" this process and make it right! Hahahaha, he's had weeks to do so,
he's not responded to the PayPal case, he's got my money (and others as well),
and I don't have my product! I copied and pasted his message to me on the
Forum...haven't heard from him! Funny, he denies it all, then sends me a
message to EXPEDITE it...WTF?

Kevin D. Allen owns this company BirdToys.Com, which is PayPal verified. However, although I received an acknowledgment of my order, I never received the goods. I have tried emailing the supposed customer support, calling the disconnected toll free number as well as calling the phone number provided by PayPal. Buyer beware and stay away from this site. I have requested a full refund from PayPal.

DO NOT BUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is currently under investigation for multiple cases of fraud. This site will accept cc and Paypal payments but you WILL NOT receive your order or be given a refund. The last case that this has occurred was in July of 2012. There will be no response to inquiries by this seller either by phone or email. Paypal is aware of the problem with the site and seller. Investigations are pending with the States of California, Texas and Federal authorities.

In nov.2010 i ordered several bird toys and a gal of camacide insect relellent from BIRDTOYS.COM. It arrived in jan.2011 and instead of he camacide insect killer they sentt me a gal of mango cleaner i called and a Kevin said he was the owner and would be sending out a replacement and did not tell me to send back the cleaner. I waited till march and he told me his supplier was out of camacide and he had to go to a store hear him and buy it at a loss of $40 as it was a retail merchant. He then asked for extra $ to cover the shipping and i said no.. He sent it to me and i recieved it in a plastic bag the usps had placed it in with a note from usps saying "item in box leaking oil". upon opening box the gal bottle was lying on its side empty witth the cap lying next to it. I took pics of the bottle and box and note and emailed it to him and he has not answeared my emails or messages on his phone. He avoids all messages left requesting a payopal refund and as it has been over 45 days paypal will do nothing. I am made and ripped off and not much i can do, but complain.

I purchased toys from this place on Dec 13th and paid with paypal at the same time. I have never received my order and their site (up until I filed a complaint with paypal) said that it was still being processed and that they hadnt been paid. Now their site says I have never ordered anything for the whole year of 2010. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to them prior to submitting a complaint to Paypal. I never got a response from them. After researching them, I have found that there are many similiar complaints against this company.

Have waited until after Christmas for a delivery guaranteed to arrive well before the holiday. After sending several emails to the customer service address I am ready to have my bank reverse the charges to my account... made almost 40 days ago.

Last week I ordered something through his glitzy website, he processed Pay-Pay PDQ, but 3 business days went by and I hadn't hear a thing. Called the toll free # - non-working, hmmm. Called 714 local number (Yorba Linda, CA). Global Voice (an answering deal that takes a message directly to a remote number - I assume his cell phone), left 3 messages inquiring status, as if not in stock the website should have indicated that and I wanted my order cancelled - got nothing. Sent 2 emails requesting update and reason for no response, and guess what? No response. Googled the website address - some little tract home - yeah, BIG bird toy business. Filed a dispute with Pay-Pal yesterday citing failure to communicate, consumer complaint issues, and that site would not permit cancellation. Emailed him yesterday and said welcome to your worst nightmare as I go after unscrupulous internet businesses like a bad rash. Funny. This morning my account and order status disappeared from view on his site, but a few hours later Pay-Pal posted the return. There are a number of small internet businesses that I've worked with, and in fact enjoy supporting their efforts. This guy? Run.

Though this complaint was made a few years ago, I wish I had come across it before I did business with this scam artist. I, too, placed an order, only received half of it, and all emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. My credit card company is now in the process of getting the money back. If there is another forum in which to post a complaint, I will find it and use it!

I've also had problems with birdtoys.com. They don't answer emails. I had to call to find out where my items were. The person answering the phone was less than interested. When I finally received my package the box was severely damaged. I had ordered a large bag of pellets which had been punctured. There was also an item missing. I've sent emails and they have refused to answer.

I'm done with them and have filed a complaint with Paypal.
